hey all,

i'm a returning player after a few years and since coming back within the last week i have been getting a whole bunch of bugs/connection errors. I have a new PC and installed BDO only this week on it and I always getting the same thing over and over again. I did use my old PC first while waiting for my new one to arrive and had all the issue but figured it was just because the PC was older.

First issue; connecting to the game takes any where from 10-15mins from entering the server to actually having the game load. From here, i cant use any npcs, menus, calling mount or do anything in game for another 20 mins or so and only then i can continue playing as usual. 

The Abyss quest line is almost impossible, jumping through the well 9/10 times DCs me and then i have all the issues mentioned above, if i make it through the jump screen, i can be looking at the stars for any where from 5 to 10mins till it loads. One quest (mediah line) has taken me 2 days to complete >.>

Support has told me everything from reparing the game files (done), run as admin (done), Reset Game UI setting (done), and i have reset all graphics and performance settings to default. But yet it still continues and is making the game almost not playable as after an hour or two and im still not being able to do anything i end up just stopping. i have follow others advise i have found and changed my setting to theirs and it hasnt made any difference so far.

My partner who is playing on his own PC has had no issues at all >.< So, its almost like my account has been restricted or something and no one seems to know where to go from here. My internet is 250+ down 30 up so i doubt it would be the issue either.

Any ideas....

having the same problem as well just exacly like yours, not sure what is happening to PA, thinking to quit this game really soon if this happen again for few more days. Had this problem for quite some time and it is not going anywhere.
