how to get back my preset skill?

been quiting a year plus, just get back to game, found that all my chars' skill has been reset.
i remembered i saved preset skill for all my chars and now all preset are gone.
why do PA always wan to reset chars skill? i have 20+ chars, how do i reset all skills back 1 by 1........
i m really speechless........zzz
