I'm having the same problem in Malaysia as well. This game used to run fine and the 'internet issue' which is from PA side (I think, most likely), its getting significantly worse these recent months. I'm pretty sure its not my internet problem as I do play alot of other games and stream videos as well, It is working totally fine with 0 lags. I know it is not my PC problem as well becasue I'm running Remastered having full PFS. please fix this issue PA, it is getting really annoying nowadays.

Yeah me too all browsering and streaming works well, only BDO has issues

Me too. Seems to be very unstable ping. cant play at night time. but morning is fine >-<
Update:
I tried to contact Support regarding the issue. They just blame our ISP.
