Epheria Design:U can get epheria sailboat design from daily quest on epheria.. from npc philaberto falasi its ez quest, so u get 1 design perday
Steel:u need to processing Coal to make Steel open,ucan get Coal from node Keplan Quary or Omar Lava Cave/Gathering from Rock
Flax Fabric:u need to Processing Flax into Flax Thread to Flax Fabric,u can get Flax from Node Around Heidel
Standarized Timber Square: u need to Gather Log.. theres no node for this one u need to gather for urself Log can get from any Trees Just lumber it and u will get, u need knowledge to make Standarized timber.. the processing is from Log>Usable Scanting>Standarized Square
Pine Plywood:and this one i get from Gather trees,so u can find 2 at same time for Log and Pine Timber.. usualy i gather around Florin and Trent

Dont forget to make this one easier u need to leveling your lifeskill level on Processing ,when u get higher level on processing the proc item will be high..i recomended u starting at artisan 1+ to processing this stuff
