[STEAM] Fix BDO Crash or launcher won't open

1. Navigate to this directory “Documents\Black Desert\” and delete UserCache
2. After that,go to BDO folder where you have installed and then delete "Cache" folder.
example: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Black Desert Online"
So yea,thats all!

all the tutorials tell me to delete the caches but I already have no caches, I already checked the saves files, I already reinstalled 34 times the game, all I know is when I download the launcher on the website, the launcher is working but after that I have to pay the game to play beacause my account is linked to my steam and I don't know how to link it to my steam (its working on the website but not on the launcher itself).
If your got the awnswer to that your saving me.

I ran across the same problem . Deleting the whats in the the user Cache i dont reccomend deleting the folder but whats inside will be okay
