Would like your kind assistance to review below request.

I purchased a Weight Limit during a promotion 300+350LT to keep it for when Seraph came out.

But unfortunately I didn't notice that it was character bound, it is currently tied to my Nova class.

Is it possible on exceptional basis to transfer that weight limit purchased to my newly created Seraph character?

I rarely topup games and this was a really honest mistake.
