Anyone happen  to get bug that didnt let you use CM unless you restart the game and verify the game file ? Happen to me many times already/ Just want to know if anyone have the same issue.

Yes, I got it many times. 
I created a support ticket and they've taken my logs to analyse it. 
Hopefully we'll get a permanent solution for this. 
It's very frustrating that you need to re-open the game to use the market only for it to get broken again in a few mins of gameplay(character change constantly breaks for me).

FYI - game + client is completely updated and also re-installed
