We got bartering changes recently and is very profitable right now~ I will be covering

some basics for you as a starting guide, including possibly helpful tips...

Before you start, make sure to own a sailboat preferably a Caravel (or Frigate if you prefer).

However, if you have some extra funds you can go straight to buying a Carrack from the Central Market.

To access the "Barter menu" you can press

Esc > Life > Barter or Esc > Barter

Opening the window will show you a bunch of tradeable materials.

Keep in mind there are some things you must watch.

1. Parley is one of the important things as it acts as the "energy" in bartering. It limits your trading count.

However, it will refresh (along with the barter goods) if you click refresh icon.

No Value Pack Limit - 100

With Value Pack Limit - 150

2. Prioritize doing 1:3 ratio exchange like the example above. You get extra items by exchanging a single item.

This will save you time because you get 2 extra free stockpile~ Focus on stacking Level 1 - Level 4 items early on.

!TIP make sure to stock up on Land Goods such as Chicken Meat, Vinegar, Liquors, Beer, etc.

You can get them by investing in Worker Nodes.

3. When you click refresh, you will be seeing a bunch of options. Keep in mind, the points used will keep on increasing.

1st refresh - consume 20 pts

2nd refresh - consume 40 pts

3rd refresh - consume 50 pts

...

Refresh points will always refill to max at 06.00AM Daily.

4. Start investing in your Illiya Island Storage. You can get free storage slots by investing Contribution Points.

Since this will not be enough as your progress further, you can purchase from Mileage Shop

"Choose Your Resplendent Storage Box" and pick "Balenos Storage".

To place your goods into your ship, you can place them via Storage or Inventory.

1. Transfer goods from city storage through on cities.

2. Sail to a barter NPC in the ocean and DO NOT disembark from your ship.

3. An "Anchor" Button will show up on where the Board and Disembark button usually shows.

4. Click "Barter" afterwards to trade your goods.

FAQ#1 - How many Level 1- Level 4 items should I keep?

Its best to keep above 50 items each Level 1 items, however at least 20 is already sufficient for starter.

FAQ#2 - Do I have to buy the ship skins?

It is completely optional to buy them. Though the stats increase are nice but I will not

call them groundbreaking. Only buy them if you want your ship to look cool~
