After investigating the cause of the issue affecting the game launcher and official website login, we have confirmed that it is related to a widespread network outage currently affecting the Microsoft Azure platform used for Black Desert services.
Please note that Adventurers who are already in the game can continue playing, but new login attempts through the launcher are currently unavailable.
