Improved Payment Method for Better Convenience

Greetings, Adventurers.
The payment method will be changed on June 5, 2025 (Thu) to enhance your experience.
Previously, you had to top up Acoin before purchasing Pearl Boxes in the in-game Pearl Shop (F3), or when buying web packs or bundle products.
Now, you can purchase products directly without the need to top up Acoin first.
We have prepared an FAQ for questions you may have.

FAQ
Q. How is the purchase process being simplified?
A. Previously, you had to top up Acoin before purchasing a Pearl Box in the in-game Pearl Shop (F3), or when buying web packages or bundle products.
Now, you can purchase products directly without the extra step of topping up Acoin first.
◆ When purchasing products on the official website, you can buy them directly using the "Purchase" button.
◆ When buying a Pearl Box in the in-game Pearl Shop (F3), simply click the "Top-up" button at the bottom to purchase the Pearl Box you want right away.
◆ If your Pearl Inventory is full or if the purchased item is not delivered properly for any other reasons, you can collect the item by pressing the "Refresh" button in-game.
Q. Are the top-up (charge) methods the same as before?
A. Yes, all top-up (charge) methods you previously used will still be available with the simplified payment method.
Q. What happens to the Acoin I currently own?
A. Acoin you own will be converted to 1 Pearl per 1 Acoin, and additional Pearls will be granted based on the amount of Acoin you own.

Q. I currently have 5,000 Acoin. In this case, how many Pearls will I receive?
A. If you have 5,000 Acoin, this falls within the "Above 3,200 Acoin - Below 6,400 Acoin" range, so you will receive the default 5,000 Pearls and 12.03% bonus Pearls.
A. Acoin you own will be converted to 1 Pearl per 1 Acoin, and additional Pearls will be granted based on the amount of Acoin you own.
The payout rate is calculated based on the amount of Acoin owned as of the June 5, 2025 maintenance. Please refer to the table below for the additional payout rates.

Q. I currently have 5,000 Acoin. In this case, how many Pearls will I receive?
A. If you have 5,000 Acoin, this falls within the "Above 3,200 Acoin - Below 6,400 Acoin" range, so you will receive the default 5,000 Pearls and 12.03% bonus Pearls.
- Default Pearls: 5,000 Acoin × 1 = 5,000 Pearls
- Bonus Pearls: 5,000 × 12.03% = 601 Pearls
(Pearls below the decimal point are rounded down.)
Therefore, you will receive a total of 5,601 Pearls.
Q. Are there any changes to the products for sale?
A. Yes, with the new simplified purchase system, prices for some items will be adjusted.

With the end of Acoin use, the prices of currently available pack items, as well as bundles and Pearl Boxes previously purchaseable with Acoin, will be adjusted.
These changes will also apply to the Steam platform.

Q. Can I still use prepaid cards?
A. Yes, you can use prepaid cards as before.

Q. I live in Indonesia and set my residence to Indonesia when signing up. What happens if I use a prepaid card in Indonesian currency?
A. The prepaid card in Indonesian currency you used will be exchanged to US Dollars (USD) and credited to your Pearl Abyss Wallet, according to your registered residence (Indonesia).
A. Yes, you can use prepaid cards as before.
However, prepaid cards will now be topped up through the newly added Pearl Abyss Wallet.
The Pearl Abyss Wallet is an electronic wallet system where you can store and use virtual currency.
Also, for prepaid cards in currencies other than USD or THB, the amount will be exchanged to either USD or THB and then credited to your wallet.
The exchange currency applied will be determined based on the country information you selected when creating your account.

If you selected Thailand, the prepaid card amount will be exchanged to Thai Baht (THB) and credited to your wallet.
If you selected a country other than Thailand, the prepaid card amount will be exchanged to US Dollars (USD) and credited to your wallet.

A. The prepaid card in Indonesian currency you used will be exchanged to US Dollars (USD) and credited to your Pearl Abyss Wallet, according to your registered residence (Indonesia).

Q. Can I freely use the virtual currency stored in the Pearl Abyss Wallet at any time?
A. The virtual currency you have in your Pearl Abyss Wallet will be used first when purchasing products.

Q. I have $10 in my Pearl Abyss Wallet, and I want to purchase the "Pearl Box – 500+16" product worth $15. How will the payment be processed?
A. At checkout, the $10 in your Pearl Abyss Wallet will be automatically deducted first, and you can complete the payment for the remaining $5 by selecting an additional payment method.
A. The virtual currency you have in your Pearl Abyss Wallet will be used first when purchasing products.
If you have enough virtual currency, the full amount will be paid from your wallet.
If your wallet balance is insufficient, the available amount will be deducted first, and you will need to pay the remaining balance separately.
If the additional payment amount is less than the available minimum payment, you can purchase the product after making the minimum payment. [Example]
Q. I have $10 in my Pearl Abyss Wallet, and I want to purchase the "Pearl Box – 500+16" product worth $15. How will the payment be processed?
A. At checkout, the $10 in your Pearl Abyss Wallet will be automatically deducted first, and you can complete the payment for the remaining $5 by selecting an additional payment method.
