With the June 5, 2025 (Thu) maintenance, we've updated the Web Storage system so that when you use a coupon, your rewards will be sent straight to your in-game Mail (B).

* With this change, the old Web Storage menu has been removed.

If you had any items or coupons stored in Web Storage before June 5, here's where you can find them in-game:

■ Purchased Items: Pearl Shop (F3) - Collect Unclaimed Pearl Items

■ Coupon Items: In-game Mail (B)

※ Items from coupons will arrive in your Mail (B) and will expire at the same time as the coupon.

※ Be sure to claim them before they expire.

After this update, if you use a coupon before creating a Family, it might take up to an hour for your items to arrive after creating a Family. If you still don't see your items after that, try reconnecting to the game.

When receiving Twitch drops, it can take up to 30 minutes for them to show up in your in-game Mail (B).

But if your Pearl Abyss and Twitch accounts aren't linked, it could take over a day for your items to arrive, so please keep that in mind.
