On the recent maintenance, PearlAbyss has come up with a horse/training event.
For us veteran adventurers, this is not a new event but more like a returning event where we could finally imperial off our horses which are above level 15 for materials to awaken our Tier 8 courser horses into Tier 9 Dream horse. While for new adventurers, this is a good event to start collecting horses materials for Dream horses (you will never know how much materials you needed until you have all of the Dream Horses and Mythical Horses).
In this guide, I will be sharing where we can get the event quest, daily, and weekly quests for horse training.

As usual, when there's event like this, we always open up our Quests tab "O" and go to the "New" tab. There's [Event] [Daily] Liana's Special Info quest.

Next, we go to "Recurring" and there's [Life] Liana's Weekly Book of Life and [Life] Liana's Daily Book of Life quests.

Here, we get to see the list of Liana's weekly and daily quests, we can see there's 2 [Weekly] [Training] and 2 [Daily] [Training] quests available from NPC Liana.
(When I took this screenshot, I've already done my weekly quests, therefore, I'm not able to show you the quests from my tab. Sorry for the inconvenient.)

As we can see, there's [Event] [Daily] quest as well as [Daily] [Training] quest from NPC Liana in major town.

You can also use the find NPC function and look for "Liana". There will be a list of NPC Liana and by clicking the name, it will navigate you directly to NPC Liana's location in the town you choose.

For event quest, all you need to do is to capture 1 horse and speak to Liana to get the [Event] Shining Capture Seal which you can exchange them for [Event] Imperial Training Delivery Invoices or to exchange Tier 8 Horse box, Courser Training material box and Royal Fern Root.

[Event] Imperial Training Delivery Invoices can be found in your Manage Currency UI

For daily quest, you need to capture 1 horse and register it into the nearest stable for the rewards shown above. (For weekly, you get Royal Fern Root x50 and Mythical Feather x2 when you give Krogdalo Origin Stone x1 to Liana)

Before we start capturing horse, make sure we have Capturing Rope and Lump of Raw Sugar ready in our inventory.

You can also get a permanent Agewrought Luminous Rope from Lorenzo Murray by doing some [Life] [Leap] quests in "Suggested" tab (you don't need to keep buying Capturing Rope from Stable Keeper everytime you need to catch horse).
Now we have our rope and lump of raw sugar, we are ready to capture horses!

Like me, I like to catch wild horses around Sniper Rifle Hunting Zone (South West of Velia) right after I took the quest from NPC Liana. There's also other spots available for wild horses to spawn. You may refer to this link here for more locations of horses.

Right click on the Capturing Rope in your inventory and cast it towards the wild horse you see. As you go near them, they will struggle. When they do, keep spamming your Spacebar and make sure your red bar is on the right side towards the horse icon. (Just don't break your Spacebar).

Once you are near the horse, you now feed the horse with the Lump of Raw Sugar you made earlier.

(You can also use Merindora's Eversweet Raw Sugar to replace with Lump of Raw Sugar if you already have Krogdalo Sanctuary)

After you register the horse, you can either keep them for training or sell them directly to the NPC or Horse Market. The wild horses are randomly ranged from Level 1 to Level 20, Tier 6 to Tier 8. But of course you can see their mane and determine which tier are them when you are used to it.

If you get Level 15 or above, you can imperial them for Flowers of Oblivion and [Golden Seal] Imperial Training (from Manage Currency UI] and during event, you get the [Event] Imperial Training Delivery Invoices (and double Flowers of Oblivion).
Hope this guide helps you to understand more on horse capturing.
P/s: You might want to keep the horses with Level 15 and above in all the stable you have after the current event ended (just keep them for the next Imperial Delivery: Double the Flowers! event that happen every 2-3 months).
Good Luck and Have Fun!!
That's all for today. Thank you for reading!
