With the Nov 27, 2025 (Thu) maintenance, Black Desert Console website accounts have been integrated into Pearl Abyss IDs.

| What is a Pearl Abyss ID?
A Pearl Abyss ID is a unified account system that lets you access all games serviced by Pearl Abyss with a single ID. Pearl Abyss ID is already applied to Black Desert services in the following regions: North America, Europe, South America, Korea, Asia (Southeast Asia & Thailand), Taiwan / Hong Kong / Macao, Japan, and Turkey / MENA. As of the Nov 27, 2025 maintenance, it is now also applied to Black Desert Console official website accounts. In the future, Pearl Abyss ID support will be expanded to new Pearl Abyss titles as well.
※ For Black Desert Console, Pearl Abyss ID integration is not required to play the game itself. You can continue to enjoy the game as before using your Xbox or PlayStation Network account. Pearl Abyss ID is used for additional web services, such as coupon registration.

- A Pearl Abyss ID can be used across all global services provided by Pearl Abyss, so we now collect region of residence informblackation. Based on the region you select, we may recommend an appropriate Black Desert Online service region for you. Please note that this recommendation is separate from Black Desert Console services.

| What if my existing Pearl Abyss ID uses the same email and already has OTP enabled?
If the email address on your Black Desert Console website account is the same as the one on your existing Pearl Abyss ID, and both accounts have OTP enabled, then the OTP settings on your existing Pearl Abyss ID will be kept after integration.
| Does Pearl Abyss ID also apply to the Black Desert+ app?
Yes. You will also need to log in to the Black Desert+ app using your Pearl Abyss ID. Please note that after Pearl Abyss ID integration, you will be logged out from all previously logged-in environments. You must log in again with your Pearl Abyss ID to continue using the app and related services normally.
