We have created a Account Linking feature to provide better service.

To use coupons in Black Desert Console as well as use a variety of functions of the website, you will need to link your account.

To link your account, first sign up for a unified Pearl Abyss ID. 

▲ Menu > Character > My Info > Link Accounts (Y/△) and register an account!

▲ You can also create an account by visiting the website and signing up!

If you already have an account, you can quickly complete the link using the QR code and unique code. 

Once you are done linking your accounts, you can start to use coupons and other functions of the website!

To redeem a coupon code, go to Menu > Adventurer Support > Redeem Coupon Code, enter the coupon code, then collect the items from your in-game Mail. 

You can also redeem coupon codes from the top-right menu on the official website.
