Allan Serbin's Landscape

Allan Serbin, a man trapped within a frame in Tarif, has created a landscape painting infused with his mysterious power. It's now available for adventurers to experience.

With "Allan Serbin's Landscape," you can obtain treasures that were once exclusive to specific monster zones in entirely different regions. While defeating monsters in the original monster zones where treasure materials drop, you'll collect "Paint," a special material needed to activate Allan Serbin's Landscape. Using Paint to charge Landscape points for a specific zone lets you earn treasure materials from that zone even while defeating monsters elsewhere.

Previously, only certain monsters in those treasure-dropping zones would drop the required materials. Now, with Allan Serbin's Landscape, any monster in AP 300+ zones can drop them. Please note that the drop rates for these materials through Allan Serbin’s Landscape differ from the original zones, adjusted for factors like monster density.

We hope our treasure-hunting adventurers experience more of the vast world of Black Desert with Allan Serbin's Landscape.

  • Through Allan Serbin’s Landscape, treasure materials that were previously obtainable only in specific monster zones can now be acquired in other zones as well.

  • Monsters in the original treasure zones can drop paint items specific to each zone.
    • e.g., Hystria Ruins Paint
  • Using a paint item grants points to the corresponding landscape.
    • You can use multiple paint items at once by pressing the △/Y button in Allan Serbin's Landscape.
    • Each paint item recharges 10,000 points.
  • Activate the checkbox in the top-right corner of each zone with charged points.
    • Multiple checkboxes can be activated and applied simultaneously.
    • Select Allan Serbin's Landscape at the Ring Menu to finalize activation.

  • When Allan Serbin's Landscape is active, you can obtain treasure materials from checked zones at a set chance while defeating monsters in monster zones with Recommended AP: 300+.
    • 3 Landscape Points are consumed each time you defeat a monster.
      • When the Landscape is active, there's also a chance to obtain an Empty Picture Frame in addition to treasure materials.
      • The Empty Picture Frame is included as an indicator to easily check if Allan Serbin's Landscape is active.
      • However, Allan Serbin's Landscape does not apply in the same zone where the landscape is activated.
      • Zones that drop identical items, such as City of the Dead and Darkseekers' Retreat, cannot be activated simultaneously.
      • It does not apply in party zones.
      • It cannot be used while in a party with other adventurers.
      • Item drops from Allan Serbin's Landscape (treasure materials and Empty Picture Frame) are not affected by Item Drop Rate Increase effects.
  • The #Allan Serbin’s Landscape tag can be found under Menu - Adventure - Monster Zone Info.
  • Allan Serbin’s Landscape can be accessed from the Ring Menu.
  • Drop information for the Rich Merchant’s Ring can be viewed in the Monster Zone Info UI.
