The Stories from the Best in Class

First of all, congratulations on your victory!
Now that the long tournament has come to an end, we’d love to hear how you’re feeling after your win.
Now that the long tournament has come to an end, we’d love to hear how you’re feeling after your win.

[EU] Azeros
Thank you so much! Honestly, it still hasn’t fully sunk in yet. This tournament meant a lot to me, and winning Master Class 2026 feels unreal. This is definitely one of the happiest moments of my BDO career.

[NA] Weay
The best way I can describe it is relief, relief from all the pressure.

[ASIA] DancingGod
I started playing back in 2022, and this victory means the world to me. It’s especially meaningful because I was able to prove myself using my absolute favorite class, the Awakening Dark Knight.

[ASIA] Akoko
I've been playing since the service launched, and I’m extremely happy that all my hard work has finally paid off!

[ASIA] Wakkyun
I was confident I could win, and it was worth even taking time off work to participate.

[NA] ZerkIGuess
I feel ecstatic. Now I have plenty of Pearls to pick up different outfit pieces and mix and match them, which is honestly one of my favorite parts of the game and my class. And now I get a cool weapon skin to play around with too!

Looking back on the tournament, it feels like everything truly began the moment the bracket was revealed.
What was your first thought when you saw the bracket? Were there any opponents in particular you had your eye on?
What was your first thought when you saw the bracket? Were there any opponents in particular you had your eye on?

[EU] Saucerers
I was on the PvP side of the bracket. But to be the best, you have to beat the best. I took out all those top Kunos one by one. True Master Class.

[NA] Tsuken
I realized that virtually every opponent was a Ninja I knew and had experience with. Every one of them was a highly proficient player.

[NA] NightxRaider
I was excited to have five opponents to fight! When I first saw the tournament bracket, I was especially worried about facing PvP. A name like that suggests a lot of PvP experience.

[EU] Cloutlaw
I knew the level of the tournament was really high, so I was focused on getting through that first matchup and finding my rhythm. Once the first fight was over, I started feeling more confident and was able to enjoy the experience a lot more.

[NA] Kyve
I thought, “Just my luck. I have to fight a world boss in my very first set.” I was excited, but I knew it would be intense. I was 100% prepared to lose.
Check out the bracket below to see who the winners faced on their path to victory!
[Bracket Info]
A performance like yours surely came from a great deal of hard work behind the scenes.
How did you prepare for this tournament? We’d also love to hear about your usual practice routine and any specific areas you focused on improving.
How did you prepare for this tournament? We’d also love to hear about your usual practice routine and any specific areas you focused on improving.

[NA] Ragious
I mostly queued Arena of Solare, and if there were no matches, I would just do Red Battlefield. On weekends, my guild and I would rent out the Arena of Arsha to run practice scrims. Since I play Succession Valkyrie, I made sure to study the Awakening Valkyrie skill tree as well so I’d know what to expect.

[NA] Hydrophile (Former Family Name: Thorn000)
Nothing beats a good one-sided RBF. If you can survive in the middle of 20 people, why fear just one?

[NA] Famous
I practiced for a couple of hours after Node War with two other participants, Novelas and ResidentsEvil. I also watched matches from the PC Master Class tournament and spoke with some of the winners.

[ASIA] PostB
Since my character relies on grabs from the start, I spent a lot of time practicing my grabs.

[ASIA] Purelove
The first step was extensively searching for Warrior battle videos. The second step was mental preparation. I positioned myself as someone strong enough to compete even on the PC platform, and I practiced combat meditation. I also prepared three different strategic approaches for different situations.

Once the tournament begins, things don’t always go exactly as planned.
Looking back on the entire event, when did you feel the most nervous or under pressure? What made that moment especially difficult?
Looking back on the entire event, when did you feel the most nervous or under pressure? What made that moment especially difficult?

[EU] CHIVALREH
When I fell behind 1-2 in the final, the nerves really caught up to me and I made some silly mistakes. That’s why I’m even happier that I managed to bring it back to 3-2 after being down. I really locked in at that point.

[NA] NonToxicPlayer
The most nerve-racking moments for me were both in the finals. In the first round, I went in confident but got completely out-traded. The second was at the very end, when I was at around 7% HP and he still had about 30%. With only a few seconds left, I somehow landed a last-second CC to finish the match. My heart was pounding the whole time.

[NA] Crispy
Mystic can play very safely, and if your opponent really wants to, they can force the match into an HP battle, which adds a lot of pressure.

[ASIA] TERROR
I think it was definitely the first match of the qualifiers. As the saying goes, “the first step is important,” and the beginning of any tournament is always the most nerve-wracking. However, since I had previously participated in Arena of Arsha, I think I was less nervous than some of the other players.

[NA] Soviliss
Round 5 was the most stressful moment for me. I got CC’d right at the start and had to use E-escape immediately, which put me at a huge disadvantage in the final round of Master Class.

[EU] TigerShot02
The whole tournament. My hands just wouldn’t stop shaking 😂

[EU] Xuligan
The final was the most nerve-wracking fight. I was down 2-0, but then I refocused, avoided my opponent’s big damage skills with my i-frames, and took three wins in a row. A reverse sweep.

This tournament also gave everyone the chance to watch some incredible performances from other competitors.
Were there any moments from other players’ matches that left a strong impression on you? And if there was an opponent you found especially difficult to face, please tell us who it was and why.
Were there any moments from other players’ matches that left a strong impression on you? And if there was an opponent you found especially difficult to face, please tell us who it was and why.

[NA] Famous
Honestly, watching most of my friends win their matches really motivated me to do my best and win as well. For me, the matches that stood out most in the finals were the Lahn, Guardian, Kuno, and Wizard matches. I’d say those were some of the best fights in the tournament.

[NA] Deficient
What motivated me at the time was seeing all of my guildmates, who were finalists, win their matches. I didn’t want to be the first one to lose.

[EU] Treacherous
There were a few players on other classes that I thought would go far in the tournament, but they ended up losing in the first or second round. It really showed that in a tournament, anything can happen, and nerves can affect anyone.

Now, let’s talk about the actual finals. In a championship match, even the smallest decision can determine the outcome. What moment in the finals do you think was the most important?
And if there was a highlight from the match that stood out to you personally, please share that with us as well.

[EU] Azeros
Honestly, it could have gone either way. There was a moment when I told myself to stay calm, trust my preparation, and stop thinking about the pressure of the finals. After that, everything started to click. My decisions became sharper, my confidence came back, and I could feel the momentum slowly turning in my favor.

[EU] ZZLorD
When I won the first round, I actually thought I was definitely going to lose because I had already used my escape early, but somehow I still managed to pull it off.

[ASIA] HomE
The third game of the finals. After being countered in the previous round, I told myself to stay calm and finish the game in the way I’m strongest at. So I tried to create some distance, apply pressure, and force my opponent into making mistakes.

[NA] Neferia
I’d say winning the first round was what gave me complete confidence. Honestly, once I reached the finals, I felt fully capable of winning the tournament.

Going through your answers, it really felt like each winner had a very distinct style of play.
If you had to describe your playstyle in just one word, what would it be?
If you had to describe your playstyle in just one word, what would it be?

[EU] Utoka
“Speed.” I maintained a certain pace to confuse my opponents, and it worked pretty well.

[NA] Ventrellix
"Adaptive". I believe my playstyle on Deadeye is extremely dependent on my opponent in a 1v1 scenario. For example, if I’m fighting a Musa, I’m typically running and trading his super armors with my high-burst frontal guard damage. In the case of Master Class and a mirror match, you have to play extremely aggressively against another Deadeye to win. With constant damage pressure and by winning the super armor trades, the other Deadeye will eventually get chipped down.

[ASIA] Mq_Rip
Buffy Shai-chan.

[ASIA] Blood
I’m not entirely sure myself, but my friend said I’m like a bulldog. He said that no matter what class I play, I aggressively and tenaciously chase down my enemies.

[ASIA] White_Palace
I call it “the Cat.” I think of Awakening Mystic as a cat hunting mice.

For adventurers who watched your matches and now feel inspired to try your class for themselves, what advice would you give them?

[EU] Shakybay
Try to learn other classes so you understand their frontal guard gaps, since your best tools rely on strong class knowledge. Also, develop your own playstyle instead of copying others, because you’ll perform best with what suits you.

[EU] Maple
I’d say don’t get discouraged if the class feels difficult at first, because Drakania takes a lot of practice to really understand. Confidence also matters a lot on this class. Once you hesitate, it becomes very easy to lose control of the fight.

[NA] Cribbzy
If I had to give newer players advice, I’d say to focus on positioning when using skills. For Shai, positioning makes all the difference between landing strong damage and doing none at all. Since Shai also plays very differently in large-scale fights, the best thing you can do is experiment and find what works for you.

[EU] Zodiarch
For players who want to play Awakening Corsair, I’d advise them not to limit themselves to awakening skills alone. Corsair has an incredibly impressive toolkit, which makes her a fast and highly versatile class capable of dealing huge amounts of damage. So I’d tell them to keep practicing consistently.

Behind every great performance, there are always people cheering you on, helping you practice, and sharing in the pressure along the way.
Did anyone who supported you during the tournament share their reaction after your win? And is there anyone you’d like to thank or give a special mention to?
Did anyone who supported you during the tournament share their reaction after your win? And is there anyone you’d like to thank or give a special mention to?

[EU] AvereoX
Shango_Orisha is the reason I’ve made it this far. He’s insanely good at this game, and I think a lot of people will learn from him in the future.

[EU] ForHonor
My friend Tigershot was in voice chat with me the whole time, and he was like chamomile tea for me, very calming.

[NA] VioSpam
First, I’d like to thank all the Sorceress players who participated and found out they weren’t as good as they thought. As for the people I’d really like to thank, Matoko, Homelander, Rayleigh, and iLotus. All four of them helped me keep my composure whenever I was affected by stage fright and nerves.

[ASIA] Wwwdesuzowww
I received congratulations from so many people, and my girlfriend even gave me flowers! (^ν^) And thanks to my friends who practiced with me.

Then, if you have any words for the runner-up who fought fiercely with you until the very end, please share them with us.

[EU] Souper
Nah, you guys are good enough to figure it out yourselves.

[EU] Merchan1989
For me, it was a pleasure to fight against him again, since we’ve always been rival guilds, and we still are.

[ASIA] Wwwdesuzowww
Let’s play again! Thanks for the match, and good luck with your guild master duties!

[ASIA] HoshinoH
We were still practicing even the day before the finals, lol. Thank you, as always, for teaching me so much!

[EU] Axian
You said you were here for the win, not the Cron Stones. Thanks for the match. >3

[ASIA] Am189
Nanaki-san, thank you so much. It was an incredibly exciting experience to fight against the guild master who has supported me so much.

Although this tournament has come to an end, it feels like your journey doesn’t stop here. If another Master Class tournament is held, would you be willing to compete again?

[NA] VioSpam
I will 100% be participating in the next Master Class tournament. However, Sorceress won’t be making a return next time. I have to give the other participants a chance to win that one.

[ASIA] KItunen
I want to show even more exciting and closely contested matches. Unless Meg’s specifications change drastically, I’d like to compete as Meg again.

[NA] Neferia
Yes, if there is another tournament of this caliber, I would absolutely like to compete. I want to prove to myself what I’m capable of.

[EU] Squaltoz
If there’s another Master Class tournament, I’ll obviously participate as Musa. After spending 7,000 hours in the arena, I just can’t stop playing this class.

[EU] IHanako
Of course. After all, I have to defend my title.

Now that you’ve claimed this victory, have you set any new goals for yourself? We’d also love to hear how you hope to be remembered going forward.

[ASIA] Lu_Rascal
I’ve mainly played PvP content with equalized gear, like Arena of Solare and Master Class, but I don’t yet have PvP crystals or artifacts. So my next goal is to collect those and show my skills in Throne of Edana and Red Battlefield.

[NA] Tsuken
I want to help foster the community into a new era of lasting prosperity, hype, progress, and self-development!

[EU] Northdarkness
My next goal is to compete in Arena of Solare and place among the very best.

[EU] Endless_Sky
I think I’d want people to remember me as someone who always tried to push Shai beyond its limits. The class was never really designed to be an offensive PvP monster, but despite all the clunky mechanics and limitations, I always enjoyed the personal challenge of taking the class to the next level offensively and seeing how far I could go with it.

[ASIA] K28
“I’m going to find a Ninja stronger than me.”

[NA] Kyve
Some time ago, a friend gave me the title “Godfather of Sages,” and it’s stuck with me ever since. I’m just glad to have earned it. As for my next goal, I’m not entirely sure yet. I may work on getting more gear, starting my own guild, and updating the Discord server I use to help other Sages. I’ll definitely be preparing for the next Master Class tournament.
The stories shared by our winners showcased the passion, dedication, and determination that defined Master Class 2026 from beginning to end.
Congratulations once again to all of the finalists, and thank you for making this year’s finals such an incredible event!

Q1. How do you feel after winning the tournament?
Winning this tournament feels absolutely incredible! I started playing back in 2022, and this victory means the world to me. It’s especially meaningful because I managed to prove myself using my absolute favorite class, the Awakened Dark Knight. This championship is the ultimate validation of my journey over the past few years.
Q2. What was your first thought when you saw the tournament bracket? Was there a matchup or opponent you were really looking forward to facing going into this?
When I first looked at the bracket, I noticed quite a few new faces, which was exciting. However, there was only one familiar, formidable opponent on my mind. Fortunately, we were placed in different halves of the bracket, so I knew our paths would likely cross in the finals. And as it turned out, that’s exactly what happened.
Q3. Can you tell us how you prepared for the tournament? What did your practice routine look like, and were there any specific areas you focused on?
To prepare, my guild organized special training sessions in the Arsha Arena. This was crucial because it allowed me to get used to the attack speed without relying on any external buffs.
On top of that, I spent some time sparring with players using different classes. My main focus was sharpening my awareness to prevent enemies from flanking or getting behind me.
On top of that, I spent some time sparring with players using different classes. My main focus was sharpening my awareness to prevent enemies from flanking or getting behind me.
Q4. Looking back on the tournament, what was the most difficult or nerve-racking moment for you, and why?
The most nerve-racking moment was definitely the fourth match of the BO5 Finals. It was the most critical game for me, as I was already down 1-2 and facing elimination.
To make matters worse, I had already used my crucial survival skill, while my opponent still had. I also made a silly mistake right after the zone closed—I pressed the wrong key, which caused a very slow weapon swap. Miraculously, I managed to survive with just a sliver of health left.
At that moment, I was a mix of extreme tension and adrenaline. It felt like a do-or-die situation, and that pressure instantly elevated my mechanical performance. I managed to clutch that key victory and force a fifth game.

Q5. Looking back at your final match, what was the game-changing moment or highlight?
The game-changing moment definitely happened in the very last match of the finals. Throughout the series, my opponent suffered from severe lag—he would often teleport after being knocked down, causing my damage or crowd control to miss. This forced me to play very conservatively, relying on safe AOE controls just to guarantee a hit, even though it meant my damage output was insufficient.
In that final game, the same thing happened again. I managed to knock him down, but the moment I tried to follow up with my second control, he instantly teleported to the other side. In that split second, my reaction kicked in. I rapidly rotated my camera 360 degrees while casting Flow: Bombardment. Thanks to that quick adjustment, my Darkness Outpouring successfully hit him, allowing me to land the control and secure the extra damage I needed.

Q9. Do you plan to compete again in the next Master Class tournament? If so, would you stick with the same class or consider switching?
That depends on whether a new class comes out that I really fall in love with. If not, I will likely continue my journey with the Dark Knight.
Q10. Now that you’ve become the best in your class, what do you see as your next goal? And how would you like to be remembered?
My next goal is to master the Succ Dark Knight as well. I want to reach a point where I have completely mastered this class inside and out.

Q1. How do you feel after winning the tournament?
The weight off my shoulders and...I am master now!!
Q2. What was your first thought when you saw the tournament bracket? Was there a matchup or opponent you were really looking forward to facing going into this?
The presence of more players I hadn't seen before made me a little nervous.
Q3. Can you tell us how you prepared for the tournament? What did your practice routine look like, and were there any specific areas you focused on?
I believe I am very good at SuccHS but I have no confidence to defeat AwkHS, so I found some players to train with me. Every time I train with them, I save the video to review my mistakes. I also discuss with them how to create pressure on AwkHS.
I also tried playing AwkHS because If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles, right? ww

Q4. Looking back on the tournament, what was the most difficult or nerve-racking moment for you, and why?
Second round of the final, my mistake led to a counterattack from the opponent.
Because I was playing too rash.

Q5. Looking back at your final match, what was the game-changing moment or highlight?
Third game of the final.
After being countered in the previous round,I told myself to stay calm and finish the game in a way that I was good at.
So I tried to create some distance and repeatedly use Binding Spirals、Arid Assault and Aal's Breath to create pressure and force the opponent to make mistakes.

Q2. What was your first thought when you saw the tournament bracket? Was there a matchup or opponent you were really looking forward to facing going into this?
Q3. Can you tell us how you prepared for the tournament? What did your practice routine look like, and were there any specific areas you focused on?

Q5. Were there any matches from other competitors that surprised you or motivated you, either while watching or during your own run? If so, which matches stood out, and why?

Q1. How do you feel after winning the tournament?
Q2. What was your first thought when you saw the tournament bracket? Was there a matchup or opponent you were really looking forward to facing going into this?
Q3. Can you tell us how you prepared for the tournament? What did your practice routine look like, and were there any specific areas you focused on?
Q4. Looking back on the tournament, what was the most difficult or nerve-racking moment for you, and why?
Q6. Looking back at your final match, what was the game-changing moment or highlight?
Q7. If you had to describe your gameplay in one word, what would it be, and why?
Q8. What advice would you give to players who want to try your class after watching your matches?
Q9. After your victory, did anyone who supported you share their reaction? And is there anyone you’d like to thank or give a special mention to?
Q10. Do you have any words for the runner-up, who fought with you until the very end?
Q11. Do you plan to compete again in the next Master Class tournament? If so, would you stick with the same class or consider switching?
Q12. Now that you’ve become the best in your class, what do you see as your next goal? And how would you like to be remembered?

Q5. Were there any matches from other competitors that surprised you or motivated you, either while watching or during your own run? If so, which matches stood out, and why?
Q6. Looking back at your final match, what was the game-changing moment or highlight?

Q1. How do you feel after winning the tournament?
At the moment of winning the fourth match, I felt a sense of relief, because playing as a Warrior requires maintaining sharp reactions and anticipation throughout the battle. Of course, I was also very happy when I finally received the reward, as I did not let down the guild partners and friends who supported me in training.
Q2. What was your first thought when you saw the tournament bracket? Was there a matchup or opponent you were really looking forward to facing going into this?
Honestly, when I first saw the tournament bracket, the only player I recognized was Lancaster, whom I had faced before in RBF. He’s a Warrior with very quick reactions. As for the other players, I didn’t really have much prior experience battling against them. In any case, I stuck to my own pace to adjust my battle strategies, and I also hoped to learn some new combat techniques from my opponents.
Q3. Can you tell us how you prepared for the tournament? What did your practice routine look like, and were there any specific areas you focused on?
Please allow me to once again thank the guild members for arranging the Arena of Arsha venue, which helped me get familiar with the terrain and the timing of the shrinking circle, so I could devise a winning strategy. As for training, the first step was extensively searching for Warrior battle videos. Since I usually follow communities like Discord, this wasn’t too difficult for me. The second step was mental preparation: I positioned myself as someone strong enough to compete even on the PC platform, and practiced combat meditation. For example, I thought about how to counter when an opponent uses Shield Charge. Because Shield Charge is a Warrior’s core control skill, a skilled Warrior might use it to circle behind and then follow up with a Chuck Grip. On the other hand, one can also exploit the fact that Shield Charge only blocks from the front, and counter with Balance Strike or Reckless Blow. How this plays out depends on the opponent’s level, so being able to adapt on the spot is crucial. For this reason, I also prepared three different sets of strategies to handle various situations.
Q4. Looking back on the tournament, what was the most difficult or nerve-racking moment for you, and why?
In fact, every battle in the semifinals and the championship match was tough. Both of those opponents were very familiar with the Warrior class, and they would always stay close behind. When your movement skills were on cooldown, there was a high chance of being grabbed. But if I had to describe the most nerve‑wracking moment, it was in the third round of the championship match when I accidentally used an Escape. The reason was that my camera ratio got messed up, and while trying to quickly adjust it back, I pressed the wrong key. This was a situation I had never anticipated. Fortunately, I still managed to seize the opportunity and win the third round.
Q5. Were there any matches from other competitors that surprised you or motivated you, either while watching or during your own run? If so, which matches stood out, and why?
I think both the Berserker and Maehwa championship matches were truly memorable, because in both cases the score went to 2–2, showing that their skill levels were very close. Especially in the final round against Maehwa, when both sides’ HP dropped to around 10%, it became a huge test of the players’ ability to handle pressure.
Q6. Looking back at your final match, what was the game-changing moment or highlight?
I believe winning the third round truly changed the course of the match. Being able to take that victory without Escape undoubtedly gave me more confidence, allowing me to fight more freely in the later rounds. The second key moment, in my opinion, was at 02:27–02:25 of the second round, when I used Head Chase to bait my opponent into attempting a Grip. At that moment, I successfully counter‑controlled with Balance Strike. Since this move requires extremely precise prediction and reaction, it carried a high risk. But once it succeeded, it effectively restrained the opponent’s grip, which in turn created a favorable situation for me in the subsequent matches.
Q7. If you had to describe your gameplay in one word, what would it be, and why?
All‑or‑nothing. As mentioned earlier, my combat style is full of risks, including countering with Balance Strike and deliberately allowing the opponent to land a CC output to build up 10% BSR, so that when my control succeeds, I can force the opponent to use their Escape.
Q8. What advice would you give to players who want to try your class after watching your matches?
First of all, I would say Warrior is one of the most interesting classes. Aside from Grip, the entire skill system revolves around counterattacking the opponent’s offense. However, this is a very advanced technique, and the learning process comes with many setbacks. Before diving into it, I recommend starting with characters like Striker or Mystic, and practicing Grip skills in AoS or RBF to master the timing of using Grip. Once you’ve mastered this skill, I believe it will greatly benefit Warrior players, since being able to properly counter grabs is crucial. Of course, it’s not just about grabs—for example, the block jump of Hashashin and Ninja also puts pressure on Warriors. In those cases, you can only rely on observing the opponent’s move wind‑ups to build experience. The worst approach is to throw out skills randomly without thinking about the opponent’s openings, because that won’t lead to improvement.
Q9. After your victory, did anyone who supported you share their reaction? And is there anyone you’d like to thank or give a special mention to?
Special thanks to the guild master of Lawless and all the guild members. You helped arrange the venue and opponents, allowing me to recall testing and battles—truly unforgettable memories. We also welcome players from the Asia version to join our guild, which is mainly composed of Taiwanese players along with a few Japanese players.
Q10. Do you have any words for the runner-up, who fought with you until the very end?
We each gave everything we had, bringing our finest skills to bear in pursuit of victory. The journey speaks for itself — nothing more need be said.
Q11. Do you plan to compete again in the next Master Class tournament? If so, would you stick with the same class or consider switching?
I won't be using a warrior character in the next competition; I might use a more versatile character like a ninja with grappling skills.
Q12. Now that you’ve become the best in your class, what do you see as your next goal? And how would you like to be remembered?
I might try making instructional videos when I have time. Currently, the video materials aren't complete enough; perhaps after AoS starts...

Q1. How do you feel after winning the tournament?
It’s unexpected yet delightful. Winning this Master title makes me truly emotional, and I cherish this honor deeply
Q2. What was your first thought when you saw the tournament bracket? Was there a matchup or opponent you were really looking forward to facing going into this?
I’m lucky to have a first-round bye, but I can’t take it lightly. I’m not familiar with some of my opponents, my biggest goal is to beat myself.
Q3. Can you tell us how you prepared for the tournament? What did your practice routine look like, and were there any specific areas you focused on?
I mainly focus on Battle Arena. Every day I spend some time polishing and perfecting my core solo skill combos. Then I practice with members from my guild Emberhold, our ally guild Fategrandorder, and lots of other players too. Really appreciate everyone who’s trained with me.
Q4. Looking back on the tournament, what was the most difficult or nerve-racking moment for you, and why?
In the semi-final, my guildmate came at me really aggressively and disrupted my skill combos. Luckily, I nailed a key grab to take the round and sealed the victory in the end.
Q5. Looking back at your final match, what was the game-changing moment or highlight?
In the third round, I used Torpedo Spiral, and my opponent immediately went for a grab. If he’d landed it, it would’ve been the absolute highlight of the whole match. I’ve been in this situation before. I managed to dodge the grab on stage, and that sealed the match right there
Q6. If you had to describe your gameplay in one word, what would it be, and why?
I call it the Cat. I regard Awake Mystic as a cat hunting mice.
Q7. What advice would you give to players who want to try your class after watching your matches?
I main Mystic purely for its appearance and solid hit impact, not because the class is strong. Many people used to think Mystic was underwhelming. It actually takes a great deal of practice to master this class and perform well in PVP. As the saying goes, looks are justice. Pick a beautiful female character you love, and stick with it all the way.
Q8. After your victory, did anyone who supported you share their reaction? And is there anyone you’d like to thank or give a special mention to?
Thanks to all my guild members, especially those who practiced with me on the Battlefield — Maoyeye, SnowShadow, Zhazha, DancingGod, DR0617, Fuko, Wen, HimeKage, and many other brothers as well
Q9. Do you have any words for the runner-up, who fought with you until the very end?
I have great respect for my opponent. He gave his all and performed brilliantly throughout the match. Every round was intense and really challenging. It’s an honor to compete against him, and I wish him all the best in future tournaments.
Q10. Do you plan to compete again in the next Master Class tournament? If so, would you stick with the same class or consider switching?
I’ll keep competing in tournaments. As for whether I’ll switch classes, it depends on whether there are new female characters with more charm and stunning looks.
Q11. Now that you’ve become the best in your class, what do you see as your next goal? And how would you like to be remembered?
My next goal is to get all my weapons upgraded to X.I hope I’ll be remembered as a pure PVP player from China — all about clean fights, no trash talk at all.

Q3. Can you tell us how you prepared for the tournament? What did your practice routine look like, and were there any specific areas you focused on?
i was training with one of my friends in Battle arena that i was facing in my final too, i was not trying to copy stuff from others and get my own good play style to play my class the thing i was trying to train the most is playing passive and agressive at the same time so that my enemy has no breath with Sa dmg
Q4. Looking back on the tournament, what was the most difficult or nerve-racking moment for you, and why?
i got when is was fighting the second best succ hash on EU bc it was the only1 that i losed a round and i thought im gonna lose this bc im was so nervus and was not playing that well that round
Q5. Were there any matches from other competitors that surprised you or motivated you, either while watching or during your own run? If so, which matches stood out, and why?

my hightlight was when i saw that i actually hava a chance if i dont get killed till last zone and to feel that my enemy that i was fighting were nervus aswell
Q7. If you had to describe your gameplay in one word, what would it be, and why?
passive my gameplay was like this bc it didnt make sense to go agressive against some1 that i cant combo without that his hp is capped to 80%
Q8. What advice would you give to players who want to try your class after watching your matches?
to try to learn other classes to know where their fg gaps are bc your best tools you have are you blockjumps and you range fg piercer aka binding those skills cant be really usefull when you dont hv class knowledge also try to get your own playstyle dont copy someone else you will be always better if you find your own playstyle

Q1. How do you feel after winning the tournament?
Honestly very good, the rewards and the hype about it made it feel very special to me.
Q2. Can you tell us how you prepared for the tournament? What did your practice routine look like, and were there any specific areas you focused on?
I actually didnt train too much, but everytime I did train it was with the other Finalist, called Grizzly, we did a lot of 1v1s especially after we knew we can only meet in the final, I would say the most specific area would be 1v1 combos, theres a certain combo you gotta learn when 1v1ing on Mystic in this certain gear.
Q3. Looking back on the tournament, what was the most difficult or nerve-racking moment for you, and why?
When I went down 1-2 in the Final, nerves caught up to me and I did some silly mistakes, even happier that I got it to 3-2 despite being down before. Locked in there for sure.
Q4. Were there any matches from other competitors that surprised you or motivated you, either while watching or during your own run? If so, which matches stood out, and why?
I mean for EU the obvious one has to be the Ninja 1v1, pure cinema and a 10/10 show, I think it also ended 3-2 so you really couldnt have asked for more there.
Special mention also for the big upset in the Striker bracket, I felt like everyone was expecting a different turnout there.
Special mention also for the big upset in the Striker bracket, I felt like everyone was expecting a different turnout there.
Q5. Looking back at your final match, what was the game-changing moment or highlight?
After I went down 2-1 the next round went quite literally perfect, I got 2 quick catches and also the combos were good enough to force the Escape and afterwards defeat my opponent, I definitely caught momentum there and also controlled my nerves, I cant 100% tell but I also felt like my opponent got caught up with nerves there too, especially considering all other rounds looked very close before.
Q6. If you had to describe your gameplay in one word, what would it be, and why?
Patience.
Q7. What advice would you give to players who want to try your class after watching your matches?
Honestly just play it yourself and dont focus too much on Guides, its a pretty much freestyle class, that goes for pve and pvp, also dont be scared to put on more ap than dp.
Q8. After your victory, did anyone who supported you share their reaction? And is there anyone you’d like to thank or give a special mention to?
Special shoutout to the discord group, we all watched most of the games and supported each other, Suppe, Freaky, Lav, Kermy, Kayzer, Ethryn
Q9. Do you have any words for the runner-up, who fought with you until the very end?
My good friend Grizzly, definitely could've gone either way, especially crazy when you consider he recently picked mystic up, defeated a lot of generally known decent mystics and gave me a very good fight. Also obviously as my training partner!
Q10. Do you plan to compete again in the next Master Class tournament? If so, would you stick with the same class or consider switching?
I am sure if I have the time, I would definitely compete again, and obviously on Mystic, will always be my #1 pick!
Q11. Now that you’ve become the best in your class, what do you see as your next goal? And how would you like to be remembered?
Honestly after Winning the AoA 3v3 Tournament and now the Masterclass Tournament the next goals are to either win the next Group AoA Tournaments to obviously upgrade the Arshas Proof title, I am a big fan of Tournaments but for the most realistic next goal since its coming up is to reach Rank 1 in AoS again.

Q1. What was your first thought when you saw the tournament bracket? Was there a matchup or opponent you were really looking forward to facing going into this?
I got what I wanted, the hardest fights on my class possible. The only opponent I couldnt judge was Mishimaa/ Younaa, my first fight, since I never really fought him but after winning against him, I knew I would win the tournament.
Q2. Looking back at your final match, what was the game-changing moment or highlight?
Besides that it was a "little" one-sided also thanks to Chiv for sending me a banger hardstyle mix!
Q3. If you had to describe your gameplay in one word, what would it be, and why?
Reactive
Q4. After your victory, did anyone who supported you share their reaction? And is there anyone you’d like to thank or give a special mention to?

Q1. How do you feel after winning the tournament?
Thank you so much! Honestly, it still hasn’t fully sunk in yet. This tournament meant a lot to me, and winning the Master Class 2026 feels unreal. There were so many strong players, so many intense moments, and a lot of pressure throughout the competition. Right now I just feel proud, relieved, and incredibly grateful to everyone who supported me along the way. This is definitely one of the happiest moments of my BDO career.
Q2. What was your first thought when you saw the tournament bracket? Was there a matchup or opponent you were really looking forward to facing going into this?
My first thought when I saw the tournament bracket was honestly fear mixed with excitement. On my side of the bracket there was the legend Burak, also known as Raijin93, and the moment I saw his name I immediately understood how serious this tournament was going to be. People have talked about him like a legend for so long, so naturally there was pressure and respect there from the very beginning.
At the same time, on the other side of the bracket was the Rank 1 Ninja, MunzBag. And honestly, part of me was relieved knowing that if I ever got to face him, it would only happen in the finals. That alone already motivated me because it made the whole journey feel even bigger.
I think seeing names like that in the bracket gave me a huge adrenaline rush. Instead of running away from the pressure, I started thinking: ‘If I want to win this tournament, I have to prove myself against the very best.’ And that mindset stayed with me through the entire run.

Q3. Can you tell us how you prepared for the tournament? What did your practice routine look like, and were there any specific areas you focused on?
My preparation for the tournament was honestly pretty intense. I spent a lot of time in the Arena training with some really strong players like MunzBag, Kyoshiro, Zidani, Vinney, Ryuma, and a few others. That alone already set the tone for me — every session felt like high-level practice, not just casual sparring.
What was really important for me wasn’t trying to become perfect overnight, but making sure I wouldn’t fall apart under pressure in the first rounds. My first goal was simple: don’t get eliminated immediately, and at least win a round. I knew that if I could get past that initial pressure, I could start playing my real game.
I also paid a lot of attention to consistency and mindset. I saw how some players, like Ryobe, trained for hours and hours but still ended up breaking under pressure when they faced opponents like SteakMountain. I didn’t want to end up in that same situation — grinding a lot, but losing control when it actually mattered.
So my focus was always on staying calm in real match conditions, learning how to handle stronger opponents, and not letting pressure affect my decisions. Training with top players helped a lot with that, because it forced me to adapt constantly and get used to uncomfortable situations.

Q4. Looking back on the tournament, what was the most difficult or nerve-racking moment for you, and why?
Looking back, the most difficult and nerve-racking moment for me was honestly the entire journey itself — because coming in as a noob Ninja, I felt like I had something to prove in every single fight. Every match wasn’t just about winning, it was about showing that I could actually keep up with the best players in the bracket.
That pressure never really went away. Every round felt like a test, and I knew that if I made it far enough, the final would mean facing MunzBag, the Rank 1 Ninja. Just having that thought in the back of my mind the whole time added a constant layer of pressure, because I wasn’t just fighting the opponent in front of me — I was also fighting the expectation of what was waiting ahead.
So the most nerve-racking part wasn’t one single moment… it was the buildup across the whole tournament, knowing that at any point things could fall apart, and that I had to stay locked in from start to finish to even earn the chance to face him.

Q5. Were there any matches from other competitors that surprised you or motivated you, either while watching or during your own run? If so, which matches stood out, and why?
Absolutely. The match that pulled me in the most was definitely AJ vs Overload from the Sorc bracket. Honestly, I’ve rarely been that emotionally invested while watching a match. AJ was completely in his peak during that series and showed everyone that he’s way better than a lot of people think.
The way he controlled the pace, handled the pressure, and kept his confidence throughout the match was incredible to watch. You could really feel that he came into that series determined to prove himself, and he absolutely delivered. But at the same time, Overload kept fighting back, which made every round even more intense.
That match honestly reminded me why tournaments are so exciting. Two players pushing each other to the limit, momentum constantly shifting, and everyone watching completely locked in — it was unforgettable.

Q6. Looking back at your final match, what was the game-changing moment or highlight?
Looking back at the final match, I think the game-changing moment was when I managed to regain control after one of the toughest exchanges in the series. Up until that point, the momentum was constantly shifting, and honestly it could have gone either way.
There was a moment where I told myself to stay calm, trust my preparation, and stop thinking about the pressure of the finals. After that, everything started to click. My decisions became sharper, my confidence came back, and I could feel the momentum slowly turning in my favor.
That was probably the highlight for me — not just because of the gameplay itself, but because mentally it proved to me that I could handle the pressure on the biggest stage. It’s a moment I’ll remember for a very long time.

Q7. If you had to describe your gameplay in one word, what would it be, and why?
I’d describe my gameplay in one word: adaptive. I think one of my biggest strengths throughout the tournament was being able to adjust no matter who I was facing or how the match was going. Every opponent brings a different style, different pressure, and different situations, so being able to stay flexible was extremely important. There were moments where I had to slow the pace down, moments where I had to take risks, and moments where I just had to trust my instincts under pressure. I never wanted to rely on only one approach. For me, the key was always finding solutions in the moment and staying one step ahead mentally. That adaptability is what helped me survive the toughest matches and eventually win the tournament.
Q8. What advice would you give to players who want to try your class after watching your matches?
My advice would honestly be: don’t be scared of the difficulty of the class. Ninja is known as one of the hardest classes in the game for a reason — mechanically and mentally it demands a lot from you — but that’s also what makes it so rewarding once things start to click.
What’s funny is that I’m actually a Succ Lahn main myself, so going into this tournament on a different class was already a challenge for me. I had to adapt my mindset, my movement, and even the way I approached pressure situations. That experience taught me that you don’t have to limit yourself to only one comfort pick if you’re willing to put in the time and trust the process.
For players wanting to try Ninja, I’d say focus less on flashy clips and more on fundamentals. Learn your movement, understand your openings, and be patient with yourself. The class can feel overwhelming at first, but once you build confidence, it becomes incredibly expressive and fun to play.
And most importantly: don’t compare your beginning to someone else’s peak. Every strong Ninja player started out struggling too.

Q9. After your victory, did anyone who supported you share their reaction? And is there anyone you’d like to thank or give a special mention to?
Yeah, after the victory I received a lot of messages and reactions, and honestly that meant a lot to me. Seeing people celebrate with me, support me, and tell me they believed in me made the moment feel even more special. Some of those reactions were really emotional, especially from the people who have supported me from the beginning.
I definitely want to thank everyone who cheered for me throughout the tournament — friends, teammates, the community, and everyone who believed in me even during the difficult moments. Their support gave me a lot of motivation and confidence.
I also want to give a special mention to the people who pushed me to improve behind the scenes. The practice sessions, advice, encouragement, and honest feedback all played a huge part in helping me reach this point. Winning might look like an individual achievement, but honestly, no one gets there alone.

The practice sessions, advice, encouragement, and honest feedback all played a huge part in helping me reach this point. Winning might look like an individual achievement, but honestly, no one gets there alone.
Q10. Do you have any words for the runner-up, who fought with you until the very end?
I have nothing but respect for MunzBag. Facing the Rank 1 Ninja in the finals — someone many people see as the best of the best — was honestly an incredible experience for me.
Before the final even started, we had a really nice moment during the opening, and for a short time we both just kind of looked at each other and realized how special the match actually was. It wasn’t just another set anymore — it was the finals, two Ninjas pushing each other at the highest level, and you could really feel the atmosphere.
Once the match started, he showed exactly why he’s respected so much. His mechanics, reactions, and composure under pressure were insane, and he pushed me harder than anyone else in the tournament. There were so many moments where things could have gone either way.
I honestly want to thank him for such an amazing final. Matches like that are rare, and I think both of us created a moment people will remember for a long time.

Q11. Do you plan to compete again in the next Master Class tournament? If so, would you stick with the same class or consider switching?
I definitely plan to compete again in the next Master Class tournament. After an experience like this, it’s hard not to want to come back and challenge yourself again.
But honestly… I think it might be time to put the katanas in the closet for a while. Coming into the tournament on Ninja was an amazing experience, and I’m proud of what I achieved with the class, especially considering I’m originally a Succ Lahn main.
Now I kind of want to return to my roots and show what I can do on the class I’ve always felt most connected to. Of course, I already know the road won’t be easy — especially with how difficult some of the Awk Lahn matchups can be — but that’s also part of the challenge that motivates me.
I want to keep pushing myself, no matter the class, and prove that adapting and improving never stops.

Q12. Now that you’ve become the best in your class, what do you see as your next goal? And how would you like to be remembered?
Now that I’ve reached this point, my next goal is to keep evolving and prove that this victory wasn’t just a one-time moment. I want to continue improving, challenge myself on different classes, and keep competing against the strongest players possible.
But more than titles or results, I think what really matters to me is leaving behind moments people genuinely remember. And honestly, I think the finals against MunzBag did exactly that. Our opening before the match even started — that moment of respect and understanding between two players who knew what was on the line — I really believe people will remember that for a long time.
It felt bigger than just a tournament set. It felt like a real moment between two competitors giving everything they had on the biggest stage.
If people remember me as someone who brought passion, respect, and unforgettable matches into the scene, then that honestly means more to me than anything else.

Q1. How do you feel after winning the tournament?
Honestly, it still hasn’t fully sunk in yet. I put a lot of time and effort into preparing for this tournament, so finally winning it feels really rewarding.
Q2. What was your first thought when you saw the tournament bracket? Was there a matchup or opponent you were really looking forward to facing going into this?
I thought it was a solid path for me, but at the same time I knew you can’t underestimate anyone in tournaments like this because one bad match can change everything. I wasn’t really focused on a specific opponent going in — my mindset was more about playing my own game and staying consistent throughout the tournament. Once I got into the matches, I just tried to stay calm, focused, and not overcomplicate things.
Q3. Can you tell us how you prepared for the tournament? What did your practice routine look like, and were there any specific areas you focused on?
Leading up to the tournament, I tried to keep a consistent practice routine every day. I spent a lot of time working on fundamentals, decision-making, and staying calm under pressure. I also reviewed my previous matches to see where I could improve and focused on fixing small mistakes instead of changing everything. Besides practice, I made sure to get enough rest and stay mentally focused because I think preparation outside the game is just as important as practice itself.
Q4. Looking back on the tournament, what was the most difficult or nerve-racking moment for you, and why?
Honestly, the most nerve-racking part was probably getting close to the finals because that’s when everything starts to feel more real. Even if the matches themselves were going well, there’s always pressure once you realize you’re only a few games away from winning the whole thing. I think staying focused mentally was more challenging than anything gameplay-related.
Q5. Were there any matches from other competitors that surprised you or motivated you, either while watching or during your own run? If so, which matches stood out, and why?
Yeah, there were definitely a few matches that stood out to me during the tournament. I think the biggest surprise was seeing some of the underdog players push really experienced competitors to the limit. Those matches were fun to watch because they showed how competitive the tournament actually was, even in rounds people expected to be one-sided. Watching that also reminded me not to underestimate anyone and to stay focused every set, no matter who I was playing against.
Q6. Looking back at your final match, what was the game-changing moment or highlight?
Looking back at the final, I think the biggest game-changing moment was when I started consistently landing my grabs. Once that started working, it completely shifted the momentum in my favor and put a lot of pressure on my opponent. Drakania can be really dangerous once you get control of the fight, so after a few successful engages I felt way more confident and comfortable playing aggressively. That was probably the point where I felt the match really started leaning my way.
Q7. If you had to describe your gameplay in one word, what would it be, and why?
I’d probably say “aggressive.” I like keeping pressure on my opponent and forcing them to react instead of giving them too much space to get comfortable. With Drakania especially, once you build momentum and start landing catches or grabs, the whole fight can swing really fast.
Q8. What advice would you give to players who want to try your class after watching your matches?
I’d say don’t get discouraged if the class feels difficult at first because Drakania takes a lot of practice to really understand. Focus on movement, timing, and learning when to commit instead of just throwing skills out randomly. Also, confidence matters a lot on this class — once you hesitate, it’s easy to lose control of the fight. The more comfortable you get with your engages and spacing, the stronger the class starts to feel.
Q9. After your victory, did anyone who supported you share their reaction? And is there anyone you’d like to thank or give a special mention to?
Yeah, a lot of people reached out after the tournament and it honestly meant a lot to me. Seeing friends, guildmates, and people from the community hyped about the win made the whole experience even better. I definitely want to thank everyone who supported me during the tournament, watched the matches, or believed in me throughout the run. Big respect as well to all the competitors who participated because everyone helped make the tournament fun and competitive.
Q10. Do you have any words for the runner-up, who fought with you until the very end?
I’ve got a lot of respect for them honestly. Making it all the way to finals in a tournament like this isn’t easy, and they played really well the entire time. Finals are always stressful for both players, and they definitely pushed me to stay focused until the very last match. I’m sure we’ll have more good matches in the future.
Q11. Do you plan to compete again in the next Master Class tournament? If so, would you stick with the same class or consider switching?
Yeah, I definitely plan on competing again if I get the chance. Tournaments like this are always fun and bring out a different level of competition. As for the class, I’ll most likely stick with Drakania because that’s the class I feel the most confident and comfortable on right now. I still think there’s room for me to improve and push the class even further.
Q12. Now that you’ve become the best in your class, what do you see as your next goal? And how would you like to be remembered?
For me, winning this tournament isn’t really the end goal — it just motivates me to keep improving even more. I want to keep getting better as a player, stay competitive, and prove that this win wasn’t just a one-time thing. As for how I’d like to be remembered, probably as someone who played confidently, stayed consistent under pressure, and made Drakania exciting to watch.

Q5. Were there any matches from other competitors that surprised you or motivated you, either while watching or during your own run? If so, which matches stood out, and why?
Q6. Looking back at your final match, what was the game-changing moment or highlight?
Q7. If you had to describe your gameplay in one word, what would it be, and why?
Agressif.

Q1. How do you feel after winning the tournament?
Merci beaucoup !

Aggressiv. 🤣
Q8. What advice would you give to players who want to try your class after watching your matches?
Q9. After your victory, did anyone who supported you share their reaction? And is there anyone you’d like to thank or give a special mention to?
Q10. Do you have any words for the runner-up, who fought with you until the very end?
Sehr guter Spielstil.
Q11. Do you plan to compete again in the next Master Class tournament? If so, would you stick with the same class or consider switching?
Klar, sofern dem nichts im Weg steht. Ich muss ja schließlich meinen Titel verteidigen.
Q12. Now that you’ve become the best in your class, what do you see as your next goal? And how would you like to be remembered?

Q1. How do you feel after winning the tournament?
Thank you so much! It feels amazing to win the Master Class 2026 tournament. I’m really happy and grateful for all the support throughout the competition. It was a challenging experience, but also a great opportunity to learn and improve. Winning makes all the hard work worth it, and I’m proud of what I achieved.
Q2. What was your first thought when you saw the tournament bracket? Was there a matchup or opponent you were really looking forward to facing going into this?
Honestly, my first thought when I saw the bracket was stress about my first fight. I knew the level of the tournament was really high, so I was focused on getting through that first matchup and finding my rhythm. Once the first fight was over, I started feeling more confident and could enjoy the experience a lot more.
Q3. Can you tell us how you prepared for the tournament? What did your practice routine look like, and were there any specific areas you focused on?
For preparation, I basically put my AFK fishing on pause and started intensive BA training. I spent 10h/day grinding mechanics, reactions, and consistency so I could be ready for every matchup. My main focus was staying calm under pressure and making fewer mistakes during fights.
Q4. Looking back on the tournament, what was the most difficult or nerve-racking moment for you, and why?
Honestly, the most nerve-racking moment for me was just trying not to get first rounded. That was the biggest pressure going into the tournament because I didn’t want all the preparation to end immediately. Once I got past the first round, I felt way more relaxed and confident in my gameplay.
Q5. Were there any matches from other competitors that surprised you or motivated you, either while watching or during your own run? If so, which matches stood out, and why?
One match that really stood out to me was Ryobe vs A5 Wagyu. It was super intense to watch, and both of them played at a really high level. Matches like that were definitely motivating because they reminded me how strong the competition was and pushed me to stay focused during my own run.
Q6. Looking back at your final match, what was the game-changing moment or highlight?
nothing, i was locked in from the start

Q1. How do you feel after winning the tournament?
Very happy and excited. It was a long time goal for me ever since I started playing BDO on console. If I’m not mistaken since release.
Q2. What was your first thought when you saw the tournament bracket? Was there a matchup or opponent you were really looking forward to facing going into this?
There was many good players overall in the sage bracket many names I know over the years of playing the game.
There was actually a few names I didn’t see that I was quite shocked not seeing.
There was actually a few names I didn’t see that I was quite shocked not seeing.
Q3. Can you tell us how you prepared for the tournament? What did your practice routine look like, and were there any specific areas you focused on?
Most days I tried to not overdo my training was keeping my fingers warm and combos up. Tried to play BA like it was a tournament so no buffs ect on my trial which was helpful overall in the real tournament fights.
Q4. Looking back on the tournament, what was the most difficult or nerve-racking moment for you, and why?
Idd say the beginning of my first ever fight and also the first round in the finals. This was my first ever tournament so I didn’t know what to expect. It’s a totally different feeling when you’re inside the arena than seeing it on the stream or video.
Q5. Were there any matches from other competitors that surprised you or motivated you, either while watching or during your own run? If so, which matches stood out, and why?
There was a few that I thought would go far into the tournament on other classes but lost 1st or 2nd round. But it really shows that in a tournament anything can happen and nerves can really get to you.
Q6. Looking back at your final match, what was the game-changing moment or highlight?
Idd say in the 2nd round I really felt confident specially seeing how my opponent fought I felt like I had it all under control after my nerves got calm.
Q7. If you had to describe your gameplay in one word, what would it be, and why?
Adaptive. I am a very adaptive player overall. I change my play style a lot depending who I fight ect. As some say I’m a agressive type sage and other say I’m passive but it all really depends on what class and player I’m fighting.
Q8. What advice would you give to players who want to try your class after watching your matches?
Idd say give it time Awakening sage is quite different compared to other classes which I really love. Very adaptive class fits in every single area and do good on every aspect of the game.
Q9. After your victory, did anyone who supported you share their reaction? And is there anyone you’d like to thank or give a special mention to?
Well I have a few I wanna thank.

Q10. Do you plan to compete again in the next Master Class tournament? If so, would you stick with the same class or consider switching?
I do, I don’t think I can ever change class to be honest I tried, but sage is just my way of playing and I’ll probably stay awk sage forever until the day I either stop playing BDO or something else happens.
Q11. Now that you’ve become the best in your class, what do you see as your next goal? And how would you like to be remembered?
Wow uhh… I don’t know really. my big goals of BDO was always to win a tourney and get the arsha wep. And also to be in one of the top guilds in the game which I also successfully did a year back.
I guess to win more tournaments and keep the win streak going.
And how I would like to be remembered. I guess overall a very good adaptive sage player with a heart in right places

Q1. How do you feel after winning the tournament?
Transcended, Enlightened, Cosmically aligned... like I have reached a higher plane of existence. Ultra Instinct might be the closest comparison.
Q2. What was your first thought when you saw the tournament bracket? Was there a matchup or opponent you were really looking forward to facing going into this?
Kermy, but the stars didn’t align sadly :( I applied for the Shai bracket in the end, and he couldn’t participate in the tournament either... Though I think we both would’ve been disqualified anyway after starting to do some absolutely freaky things in the middle of the arena.
Q3. Can you tell us how you prepared for the tournament? What did your practice routine look like, and were there any specific areas you focused on?
I mainly prepared my skill addons and tested a few combos on the Battle Arena training dummy. In fact, I messed up quite a lot during those matches.
After that, I tried to join with Shai as many RBFs and Node Wars as possible before finals day, and that helped a lot. I needed to shake off some rust since a big part of my PvP time in the past 1–2 years had been spent on Ranger and Seraph instead of Shai.
My main focus was improving cooldowns management, along with practicing possible combos and CC follow-ups.

Q4. Looking back on the tournament, what was the most difficult or nerve-racking moment for you, and why?
The most difficult part was remaining connected to this mortal plane after reaching peak Shai enlightenment.
I was locked in beyond human comprehension. At some point, I became one with the Florang.
I was locked in beyond human comprehension. At some point, I became one with the Florang.
Q5. Were there any matches from other competitors that surprised you or motivated you, either while watching or during your own run? If so, which matches stood out, and why?
My homies Azeros and Muzbang put up a legendary fight, both of them aura farmed like crazy. That match spiritually guided me toward the answers I needed.
Q6. Looking back at your final match, what was the game-changing moment or highlight?
At some point during the finals, time slowed down and I could see every cooldown across multiple timelines.
Q7. If you had to describe your gameplay in one word, what would it be, and why?
Iconic, ’cause even my gameplay has style — I’m the most Gucci Shai on the planet.
Q8. What advice would you give to players who want to try your class after watching your matches?
Completely avoid using ‘We’re Gonna Win!’ and especially ‘Twirl’. No matter the scenario — PvP, PvE, natural disasters, or the end times — never press Twirl.
Q9. After your victory, did anyone who supported you share their reaction? And is there anyone you’d like to thank or give a special mention to?
Shout out to all my Italian homies for keeping it real. The aura support was immense. At some point it felt like I was gathering energy for a Genkidama before every match. And a special mention to EvilHamster for the support!
Q10. Do you have any words for the runner-up, who fought with you until the very end?
gg gfs, all the other participants put up good fights as well.
Q11. Do you plan to compete again in the next Master Class tournament? If so, would you stick with the same class or consider switching?
Depends on how things evolve by then. For this tournament, I was actually undecided between Shai and Seraph.
If I manage to get enough training around that period, and if we can choose the Glorious Arsha weapon skin as a reward for the main weapon, I might go with Seraph or Ranger next time.

Q12. Now that you’ve become the best in your class, what do you see as your next goal? And how would you like to be remembered?
My next goal is to develop and master the forbidden Florang dual-wielding technique, since winning another Glorious Arsha weapon skin means I can’t use both at the same time at the moment!
As for how I’d like to be remembered, I think I’d want people to remember me as someone who always tried to push Shai beyond its limits. The class was never really designed to be an offensive PvP monster, but despite all the clunky mechanics and limitations, I always enjoyed taking on the personal challenge of bringing the class to the next level offensively and seeing how far I could go with it. Well, at least back when I was fully maining the class. After some time, part of my focus shifted toward other classes.

Q3. Looking back on the tournament, what was the most difficult or nerve-racking moment for you, and why?
I would say it was when Panti (my opponent in Quarter-final) was leading 1-0, I knew I mustn't do a single mistake otherwise he would have won. Because on Lahn, one bad position and you're cooked, so I needed play more safe.

Mainly just 1v1 practice and time spent trying out combos to see what worked best

Probably the semi final against poyo, I hate the awakening guardian playstyle, we don’t have many on eu but he definitely surprised me
Q5. Looking back at your final match, what was the game-changing moment or highlight?

Q7. What advice would you give to players who want to try your class after watching your matches?
Be prepared to get grabbed…….a lot, just give it time, it has both its pros and cons, it’s just a case of learning what works and what doesn’t
Q8. Do you have any words for the runner-up, who fought with you until the very end?
Yeah, block less it’s annoying to fight against, but in all seriousness we joked about it beforehand and I knew his playstyle could give me problems
Q9. Do you plan to compete again in the next Master Class tournament? If so, would you stick with the same class or consider switching?
Yeah I’ll probably compete again if we do another one, only time will tell if it’s still on guardian though, having played it for this long it probably will be

Q1. How do you feel after winning the tournament?
After winning the Master class tournament I felt very proud, very confident and very egotistical
Q2. What was your first thought when you saw the tournament bracket? Was there a matchup or opponent you were really looking forward to facing going into this?
My 1st thought after seeing the bracket was “Wow, that’s insane”. The reason for that was because I literally had the hardest lineup of opponents out of anyone. The only match I was looking forward to was the fight with my good friend Matoko. Had to play the jjk lady Gaga song for that one.
Q3. Can you tell us how you prepared for the tournament? What did your practice routine look like, and were there any specific areas you focused on?
I didn’t need to practice much for this tournament in terms of combos or movement or mechanics etc. I have fought every sorceress main in the game many times in many (First to 10) in BA or open world and have beaten them all very easily. So my confidence in the fights was extremely high. However the only thing I had to prepare myself for really was controlling my nerves. The idea of performing in front of thousands of people, got the best of me and made me perform at level much lower than how I usually perform. Luckily I was still composed enough to pull through to the end and win in a dominant fashion.
Q4. Looking back on the tournament, what was the most difficult or nerve-racking moment for you, and why?
The only “nerve racking” moments I had during that tournament was when rewatched some fights and I noticed I was much higher in HP than my opponents and at the same time the clock was seconds away from reaching zero. I was too focused on the fight and didn’t realize I could’ve just played passive, and used my Nightmare skill till the timer ran out. Instead I was still engaging the fight, trying to kill my opponent.
Q5. What advice would you give to players who want to try your class after watching your matches?
Practice your movement over practicing combos. Be safe.
Q6. After your victory, did anyone who supported you share their reaction? And is there anyone you’d like to thank or give a special mention to?
1st I would like to thank all the sorceress players who participated and found out they weren’t as good as they thought. As for people I would like to thank Matoko, Homelander, Rayleigh and iLotus. All 4 of them helped me keep my composure when I was being affected by “stage fright/nerves”. Matoko, lotus and Rayleigh are very good sorc players too. Maybe one day they will be as good as me.
Q7. Do you plan to compete again in the next Master Class tournament? If so, would you stick with the same class or consider switching?
I will 100% be participating in the next MC tournament. However the sorceress will not be coming back out in the next one. To give the other participants a chance to win that one. I’ll probably take Berserker or Striker who knows.
Q8. Now that you’ve become the best in your class, what do you see as your next goal? And how would you like to be remembered?
My next goal is to play black desert with no care about being the best. I have proven it many times. I was Rank 1 sorc in AoS and Won Master Class sorceress in the hardest bracket lineup. I have nothing else to prove. I will be remembered as the best….Hated, but still as the best sorceress on console.

Q1. How do you feel after winning the tournament?
The best feeling I can describe is “relieved” from all the pressure
Q2. What was your first thought when you saw the tournament bracket? Was there a matchup or opponent you were really looking forward to facing going into this?
Good Question for me I wanted to get all the top maegus in my bracket to get those fights over with, so I didn’t have to deal with them later. My wish came true seeing the bracket get announced
Q3. Can you tell us how you prepared for the tournament? What did your practice routine look like, and were there any specific areas you focused on?
Well as far as 1v1s go I didn’t practice for that, im exclusively a large scale player so most of my practice and prepping were doing 1vX in NW/Siege for the past month. Almost achieving back 2 back Ultimate Weapons in my training Arc
Q4. Looking back on the tournament, what was the most difficult or nerve-racking moment for you, and why?
Probably my fight against Odysea, I didn’t wanna face a succ maegu since succ has the advantage in awk vs succ match-up. They being very difficult to catch and im getting chipped down every sec which gets worse the smaller the circle gets, because succ AoEs cover most of the area making it difficult to avoid being hit
Q5. Were there any matches from other competitors that surprised you or motivated you, either while watching or during your own run? If so, which matches stood out, and why?
The maegu bracket went as expected though props to RobertoAgras, he was considered the underdog in his match up by many and locked in causing an upset proving the ppl wrong so respect. There were many surprises in the other classes brackets like ninja, Musa, and sorc those had me stunned waiting to see what happens next
Q6. Looking back at your final match, what was the game-changing moment or highlight?
I will say the game changing moment was the final circle, it allowed me to lay on constant pressure limiting my opponent time to breathe and regen stamina. A lot of times I didn’t even need to attack to force out the use of stamina, I just had to get close enough where it felt unsafe enough to stay in 1 spot… while im still reserving mines
Q7. If you had to describe your gameplay in one word, what would it be, and why?
Reaction… mainly because I was seeing what my opponent would do so I could adapt accordingly even to the extreme of changing up my play-style
Q8. What advice would you give to players who want to try your class after watching your matches?
Stamina is VERY important it’s used for everything in your kit, so it’s best to manage it well unless u will be a sitting duck unable to even defend yourself. Last thing is learn your match-up to do well on her I can’t stress enough knowing your match up changes things
Q9. After your victory, did anyone who supported you share their reaction? And is there anyone you’d like to thank or give a special mention to?
Well I can say most ppl Supported/Expected me to win… though it did add a lot of pressure, But I do wanna thank everyone who believed in me. I didn’t wanna let y’all down
Q10. Do you have any words for the runner-up, who fought with you until the very end?
Good Fights, there was a reason y’all signed up for the tournament and showed out to the very end… much respect
Q11. Do you plan to compete again in the next Master Class tournament? If so, would you stick with the same class or consider switching?
Yes I would compete in the Next Master Class Tournament, but I can’t say for sure it will be on the same class. I need to collect more Arsha weapons if u catch my drift
Q12. Now that you’ve become the best in your class, what do you see as your next goal? And how would you like to be remembered?
I guess my next and last goal on maegu is getting “Lethal Weapon” NW title (150 kills), I have achieved everything else there is to achieve on my class now except for that 1 NW title. Which im not even sure my class can do it… but I achieved Ultimate Weapon so that proves there is potential there

Q1. How do you feel after winning the tournament?
Feels amazing—this was a long-awaited event that many in the console community have been anticipating.
Q2. What was your first thought when you saw the tournament bracket? Was there a matchup or opponent you were really looking forward to facing going into this?
I know a lot of people expected me to play Wizard in this tournament, but honestly, I was just enjoying the Valkyrie class. The folks in the brackets really knew their stuff and had experience with the class. I was especially looking forward to facing Japi, but I understand things happen—hopefully, next time I’ll get that chance. Or maybe next time I’ll try a different class, who knows lol
Q3. Can you tell us how you prepared for the tournament? What did your practice routine look like, and were there any specific areas you focused on?
pretty much for a month straight I would just queue Arena of Solare and if their were no matches to be found would just do Red Battlefield. I know on the weekends my guild and I were rent out the AoA to conduct practice skrims. Pretty much since I play Succession Valk, I ensured I studied the Awk Valk skill tree so I was cautious on what to expect.
Q4. Looking back on the tournament, what was the most difficult or nerve-racking moment for you, and why?
Finals lol… when all eyes are on you, it feels like the pressure is everywhere. People expect you to either win or lose, but at the end of the day, you just want to perform your best and show off your combos.
Q5. Were there any matches from other competitors that surprised you or motivated you, either while watching or during your own run? If so, which matches stood out, and why?
It was basically all about facing the different playstyles of Awakening Valkyries. I didn’t have much 1v1 experience against them, so I had to either play super passive and wait for a counter CC, or go all-out aggressive to throw my opponent off.
Q6. Looking back at your final match, what was the game-changing moment or highlight?
Last round when I went for a grab, to finalize the victory, and I told myself "Finally it's over!" lol
Q7. If you had to describe your gameplay in one word, what would it be, and why?
"Passive" for the most part seeing that I needed to adapt to each player and how they played the class
Q8. What advice would you give to players who want to try your class after watching your matches?
some people don't like succession Valkyrie, due to its lack of mobility but it does make up for it in other areas. just got to commit. Plus being a Wizard Main, being able to be a brawler while still supporting allies is always a great feeling and you just got to commit to the class.
Q9. After your victory, did anyone who supported you share their reaction? And is there anyone you’d like to thank or give a special mention to?
Honestly, a HUGE shoutout to the entire community, and especially to those who taught me Valkyrie when I was getting into the class—Im_kells, Bureeto, Lindorn, and Larryfish.
Q10. Do you have any words for the runner-up, who fought with you until the very end?
Cougxr is a great player and just keep striving!
Q11. Do you plan to compete again in the next Master Class tournament? If so, would you stick with the same class or consider switching?
Yes, It honestly depends on the class balances but when I do compete it will either be Wizard of Valkyrie
Q12. Now that you’ve become the best in your class, what do you see as your next goal? And how would you like to be remembered?
To become the next best next in class Wizard :)
[NA] Ventrellix
Q1. How do you feel after winning the tournament?
I’m very happy with my performance. I went the entire tournament without V’ing, losing a single round, as well as ending most rounds under 1 minute and a 1/2.
Q2. What was your first thought when you saw the tournament bracket? Was there a matchup or opponent you were really looking forward to facing going into this?
The brackets were very unfortunate. I was on the opposite bracket of my son Fatz so he had to make it to finals to fight me. He almost lost to PeachyBean in quarters, and ended up losing to HotPockets in semis so Fatz didn’t get to fight his daddy. My bracket was good though overall, having to beat a really good Deadeye (Leuennea) to make it to finals.
Q3. Can you tell us how you prepared for the tournament? What did your practice routine look like, and were there any specific areas you focused on?
Funny enough, since I play almost every class at a pretty high level, most of my practice was helping friends/guildies practice their class in the AoA setting. Most of my time was spent on classes like Mystic, Nova, and Woosa unfortunately but I was still practicing my Deadeye in open-world PvP everyday since I own Zephyros castle for the last month. I practiced a little Deadeye in AoA, primarily how to trade another Deadeye down when the arena caps your HP at 50% so I don’t make mistakes if the round went too long. Most of my practice came from griefing Zephyros castle overall, since many players enjoy grouping to fight the Edana.
Q4. Looking back on the tournament, what was the most difficult or nerve-racking moment for you, and why?
I was very confident I was going to win the tournament so I didn’t have too much nerves going in. Deadeye is a very niche class not played very much on console, so knowing I only had 21 competitors made me feel less nervous. The most nerve-racking moment was definitely the first finals match though, knowing that you’re fighting for the title and an extra 100k pearls.
Q5. Were there any matches from other competitors that surprised you or motivated you, either while watching or during your own run? If so, which matches stood out, and why?
Yes very much so. Since I was the finals match right after Sorceress, I watched in horror as Caulifla brutally mogged Sebz in the finals. A fight between two players who are considered very good, resulting in an extremely embarrassing performance by Sebz had me worried. After that fight, I was motivated to not look like in my own finals match because there’s no coming back from that.
Q6. Looking back at your final match, what was the game-changing moment or highlight?
After I got 2 Max Pain CC’s on my opponent within the first minute and winning the round, I knew I was in a good position to win. I was an able to keep my class buff for the start of the second round as well, killing him standing almost immediately. The very fast two kills snowballed into a fast clean sweep finals match.
Q7. If you had to describe your gameplay in one word, what would it be, and why?
Adaptive. I believe my playstyle on Deadeye is extremely dependent on my opponent in a 1v1 scenario. For example, if I fight a Musa I’m typically running and trading his super armors with my high burst frontal guard damage. In the case of Masterclass and a mirror match, you MUST play extremely aggressive on the other Deadeye to win. With constant damage pressure, and winning the super armor trades the other Deadeye will eventually get slowly chipped down.
Q8. After your victory, did anyone who supported you share their reaction? And is there anyone you’d like to thank or give a special mention to?
I’d like to thank Fatz, TheOok, and Newly for practicing Deadeye mirror matches with me to prepare me for the tournament. As I said, there are almost no Deadeye players on console and this helped me incredibly.
Q9. Do you have any words for the runner-up, who fought with you until the very end?
Good fights again to HotRockets. Although he didn’t beat me, he knocked Fatz out the tournament who almost every player thought was going to make it into finals to fight me. That’s an accomplishment in itself.
Q10. Do you plan to compete again in the next Master Class tournament? If so, would you stick with the same class or consider switching?
Yes I plan to compete in every tournament PA offers us on console, including the next Masterclass. I will most likely try to win Master Scholar in the next Masterclass, taking a dread from Kreed as trophy.
Q11. Now that you’ve become the best in your class, what do you see as your next goal? And how would you like to be remembered?
Since I’m known for playing a lot of classes, I’d like to win multiple best-in-class titles for other classes. I don’t wanna be remembered as the best Deadeye now that the class is unplayable. I want others to know I can play any class competitively within a week of practice, and to watch out cause I might be on their class next. Having a “main” class is for people who can’t learn others, and that’s simply not me.

Q1. How do you feel after winning the tournament?
It feels good, I’ve never spent that many pearls in my entire time playing 😂.
Q2. What was your first thought when you saw the tournament bracket? Was there a matchup or opponent you were really looking forward to facing going into this?
Well there’s a small amount of corsairs on console and I love all my tadpoles, if I name drop I’d have to name about 3 of them. I will say the people I expected to be in the finals didn’t make it there.
Q3. Can you tell us how you prepared for the tournament? What did your practice routine look like, and were there any specific areas you focused on?
Nothing beats a good one sided RBF, if you can live in the midst of 20 then why fear 1.
Q4. Looking back on the tournament, what was the most difficult or nerve-racking moment for you, and why?
I’ll say the first round of each match up always starts with nerves but , once you evaluate the opponent you usually know if you’d win or loose, I felt i would win and I did.
Q5. Were there any matches from other competitors that surprised you or motivated you, either while watching or during your own run? If so, which matches stood out, and why?
The wizard match was very tense and nice to watch, I did main wizard for a long time also weirdly enough a lot of the winners are good friends of mine , congrats to them.
Q6. Looking back at your final match, what was the game-changing moment or highlight?
There was none, it was pretty straightforward.
Q7. If you had to describe your gameplay in one word, what would it be, and why?
Refined
Q8. What advice would you give to players who want to try your class after watching your matches?
If you start it don’t stop , Corsair requires a deep bag, no hesitation and proper decision making. If you lack any is shows quickly.
Q9. After your victory, did anyone who supported you share their reaction? And is there anyone you’d like to thank or give a special mention to?
Well yeah all my friends called me toxic for typing during the match 😂 , I was honestly trying to put out a short inspirational quote and it turned out to be super similar to the console text options. Shout out to: Beserk, Tunchi, Kiri, Lawsofmotion, homelander, isora, billspuddinpop, Popava, Amillio , and many more.
Q10. Do you have any words for the runner-up, who fought with you until the very end?
Ggs , I hope you keep playing and getting better.
Q11. Do you plan to compete again in the next Master Class tournament? If so, would you stick with the same class or consider switching?
Are we getting a griffon next time? I’m forever pisces.♓️
Q12. Now that you’ve become the best in your class, what do you see as your next goal? And how would you like to be remembered?
I wish to be forgotten , so I can do it all again.

Q1. How do you feel after winning the tournament?
I would’ve been disappointed in myself if I lost. At the time I didn’t main tamer but I never lost a tamer 1v1 so I had a lot of confidence going into it.
Q2. What was your first thought when you saw the tournament bracket? Was there a matchup or opponent you were really looking forward to facing going into this?
I feel like I arguably had one of the hardest brackets in the entire tournament, all my opponents weren’t just random tamer players they were extremely experienced players who’s been on the class for years vs me who’s been on it for a couple months. I looked forward to MrIgnus the most because he’s the current number 1 tamer in Aos and I was the previous number 1 in the pre season, so to me I was fully locked in vs him and played almost perfectly, against the other opponents I didn’t try as hard which let me to making mistakes and losing 2 sets to people I could’ve avoided in the matches before the finals.
Q3. Can you tell us how you prepared for the tournament? What did your practice routine look like, and were there any specific areas you focused on?
I prepped my awakening matches by facing one of the best awakening tamers in the game for hours @Duelist or Win, he made it so facing awakening in the ring was very easy, I didn’t fight any succ tamers so it was kind of up in the air for my matches with them hoping I got a lucky CC with my summon
Q4. Looking back on the tournament, what was the most difficult or nerve-racking moment for you, and why?
The most nerve racking moment for me was 2 moments both in my finals match, the first round I went in confident but I got completely out traded, I didn’t think I could get out traded by another tamer in this game and I lost a lot of confidence after my 1st round loss, the 2nd most nerve racking moment was at the very end I was about 7% hp and he was around 30 ish I was completely losing, with a few seconds to go, my heart was beating so fast, I somehow got a scratch CC at the end which allowed me to finish the match but my heart was definitely about to explode.
Q5. Were there any matches from other competitors that surprised you or motivated you, either while watching or during your own run? If so, which matches stood out, and why?
Raz my semi finals match played especially well shoutout to him, my hardest match was my finals it was an extremely close 3-2 match I just got the better of him that day and didn’t crack under the pressure
Q6. Looking back at your final match, what was the game-changing moment or highlight?
The highlight was the clutch scratch CC I got at the very end of the 5th round
Q7. If you had to describe your gameplay in one word, what would it be, and why?
Passive-Aggressive, I was often the one being aggressive but I almost never threw out grabs, grabs are extremely weak in the current state in the game and I believe they need a rework, I got almost all my kills with controlled pet CCs
Q8. What advice would you give to players who want to try your class after watching your matches?
Awakening tamer is much more difficult but often more rewarding of a play style but succ tamer is a lot easier to play and not as reliant on grabs (which is why I prefer it) grabs are terrible and there’s about 4 classes that can really make them work, tamer is not one of them.
Q9. After your victory, did anyone who supported you share their reaction? And is there anyone you’d like to thank or give a special mention to?
Thank you to @MrIgnus @Raz @Larsen @Bjshothim @kentsui and @defecient thank you for supporting me
Q10. Do you have any words for the runner-up, who fought with you until the very end?
You are an extremely gifted tamer, I lack a lot of experience you have on the class you completely out traded me, I do believe if you wasn’t playing from Australia you might’ve gotten the better of me Good fights your undoubtedly the 2nd best tamer in the game and you earned your finals spot.
Q11. Do you plan to compete again in the next Master Class tournament? If so, would you stick with the same class or consider switching?
I believe I could do fairly well with awk ranger or awk woosa, I might go to them. I’m more likely to stay tamer and defend my title or pass it on to someone else

Q1. How do you feel after winning the tournament?
Honestly, I'm feeling great. There was a lot of weight on my shoulders being the favorite for the Scholar bracket, and the nerves definitely kicked in. I'm relieved I actually managed to pull through.
Q2. What was your first thought when you saw the tournament bracket? Was there a matchup or opponent you were really looking forward to facing going into this?
Knowing my luck, I figured I'd end up on the tougher side of the bracket especially since I had to fight Novelas, who I really struggled with during practice.
Q3. Can you tell us how you prepared for the tournament? What did your practice routine look like, and were there any specific areas you focused on?
I’d practice for a couple of hours after Node War with two other participants, Novelas and ResidentsEvil, I also watched some matches from the PC masterclass tournament as well as talked to the winners. We mostly focused on the neutral game and landing CCs like my Scholar's Grab and Hammer Spin Core before working on addons, combos and polishing any mistakes I was making.
Q4. Looking back on the tournament, what was the most difficult or nerve-racking moment for you, and why?
The hardest part was the finals. After dropping the first round, my nerves spiked, and I realized I had to switch back to a playstyle that felt more natural and comfortable to me. Once I focused on minimizing mistakes, everything else just came naturally.
Q5. Were there any matches from other competitors that surprised you or motivated you, either while watching or during your own run? If so, which matches stood out, and why?
Honestly, after watching most of my homies win there matches, that kinda motivated me to try my best to win. For me, the matches that stood out during the finals was Lahn, Guardian, Kuno and Wizard matches, I can say those were some of the best fights during the tournament.
Q6. Looking back at your final match, what was the game-changing moment or highlight?
After taking the lead and the score being 2-1, I felt more confident in my gameplay and I knew what I needed to do to win the tourny. One, highlight I can say during my final match was during the final round were I was down HP and didnt have my escape and I brought it back for the win.
Q7. If you had to describe your gameplay in one word, what would it be, and why?
If I had to describe my gameplay throughout this tournament, it would definitely be "safe or reactive ". For me, I prefer to have a more defensive playstyle Minimizing mistakes and just waiting for your opponent to get overly aggressive and capitalizing off their errors.
Q8. What advice would you give to players who want to try your class after watching your matches?
Probably the most fun class to play in the game. It's easy to pick up and play but the skill ceiling and ability to outplay is high since the playstyle is mostly freestyling with you mobility, so you can do whatever you feel is comfortable to you.
Q9. After your victory, did anyone who supported you share their reaction? And is there anyone you’d like to thank or give a special mention to?
After I won all the homies were typing " Mon " in the twitch chat because of my Jamaican background, which was extremely fun I was in tears laughing. Probably special thanks to the Sacred and Elite homies that supported me but shoutout homies that helped me practice (Novelas(Downpurrs) and ResidentsEvil), with scholar vs scholar matchup.
Q10. Do you have any words for the runner-up, who fought with you until the very end?
Trauma was pretty good, didn't really fought them as much as I would like but they got me nervous throughout the entire fight, like f I made a mistake I could lose at any moment.
Q11. Do you plan to compete again in the next Master Class tournament? If so, would you stick with the same class or consider switching?
I'll definitely be competing in the next Masterclass tournament, though I'll likely swap to a different class depending on what I'm having the most fun with at the time.
Q12. Now that you’ve become the best in your class, what do you see as your next goal? And how would you like to be remembered?
Even though, I won I still think there more for me to learn on scholar but my goal is to try to be the best at whatever class I'm currently playing. As to how I would like to be remembered, I'm currently holding the longest Edania streak for console. (11weeks for Orbita) or just being one of the first few people to win the masterclass tournament on console.

Q1. How do you feel after winning the tournament?
Felt great winning was proud I stayed locked in till the end.
Q2. What was your first thought when you saw the tournament bracket? Was there a matchup or opponent you were really looking forward to facing going into this?
After seeing the bracket I was looking forward to the fight vs pillow. Imo he was the hardest match in the tournament looking at it.
Q3. Can you tell us how you prepared for the tournament? What did your practice routine look like, and were there any specific areas you focused on?
I prepared by practicing combos off of all my possible catches on repeat that was the most important thing for me. also I practiced reset combos for the first 1min of the fight since mystic cant really one combo in AOA from full hp.
Q4. Looking back on the tournament, what was the most difficult or nerve-racking moment for you, and why?
My most nerve racking thing was just matches coming down to hp wins. I was super confident I would always get more cc's than the others but u need to be able to one combo in AoA and its not really a thing till later in the round. Mystic can be very protected and your opponent can always force it to come to hp if they really want to.
Q5. If you had to describe your gameplay in one word, what would it be, and why?
Crispy
Q6. What advice would you give to players who want to try your class after watching your matches?
To anyone looking to play mystic its a very fun class that can hold its own in 1v1s / 1vx situations and u can make it work in all other forms of pvp if u put in the time.
Q7. After your victory, did anyone who supported you share their reaction? And is there anyone you’d like to thank or give a special mention to?
I gotta give a shout out to Ventrellix for going into AoA late night and helping me practice definitely helped me a lot.
Q8. Do you have any words for the runner-up, who fought with you until the very end?
You showed up you fought well and did your best respect to ya.
Q9. Do you plan to compete again in the next Master Class tournament? If so, would you stick with the same class or consider switching?
If there's another master class I will for sure be on mystic again.
Q10. Now that you’ve become the best in your class, what do you see as your next goal? And how would you like to be remembered?
My next goal will be to win the next tournament that comes and just remember me as the most skilled mystic on console NA :)

Q1. How do you feel after winning the tournament?
I feel great. It was an exciting and nerve-racking experience and I’m amazed that I actually won.
Q2. What was your first thought when you saw the tournament bracket? Was there a matchup or opponent you were really looking forward to facing going into this?
When I first saw the brackets I thought I had a good chance of making it to the finals. The opponent I was looking forward to fighting ended up being the finals match.
Q3. Can you tell us how you prepared for the tournament? What did your practice routine look like, and were there any specific areas you focused on?
I didn’t really practice other than queue for AOS practice and make sure that my trial character had all the skills, locked, unlocked, and quick slotted, that I use on my main.
Q4. Looking back on the tournament, what was the most difficult or nerve-racking moment for you, and why?
The finals was the most nerve-racking moment because of the platform it was being streamed on and my opponent’s reputation.
Q5. Were there any matches from other competitors that surprised you or motivated you, either while watching or during your own run? If so, which matches stood out, and why?
What motivated me at the time was all of my guildies, who were finalists, won and I didn’t want to be the first one to lose.
Q6. Looking back at your final match, what was the game-changing moment or highlight?
Winning my first round was the game-changing moment and knew I could win.
Q7. If you had to describe your gameplay in one word, what would it be, and why?
Safe because my opponent was someone who I could not afford to take risks on.
Q8. What advice would you give to players who want to try your class after watching your matches?
If you enjoy hand to hand combat style of gameplay, then you should definitely give this class a try.
Q9. After your victory, did anyone who supported you share their reaction? And is there anyone you’d like to thank or give a special mention to?
I think there was a lot of shock because not many thought I would win, but I did get many congratulation messages from guildies and other bdo adventurers.
Q10. Do you have any words for the runner-up, who fought with you until the very end?
It was a great experience and I hope to see you in the finals again in the next tournament.
Q11. Do you plan to compete again in the next Master Class tournament? If so, would you stick with the same class or consider switching?
I am not sure, I might just give a different class a try.
Q12. Now that you’ve become the best in your class, what do you see as your next goal? And how would you like to be remembered?
The next goal is to obtain “The Greatest Striker” title. Hopefully we get a tournament where we can compete for it.
[NA] Soviliss
Q1. How do you feel after winning the tournament?
A massive rush of excitement and accomplishment, knowing that I had proved myself to be on top, living up to the expectations of those who know me
Q2. What was your first thought when you saw the tournament bracket? Was there a matchup or opponent you were really looking forward to facing going into this?
My first thought was "where is Balzian" but he went on his valk(and won), as for who I wanted to fight there were a lot of names I remember from back in the day when I played more that I was hoping to fight like SSJ who I did fight and Dragenial who unfortunately got knocked out right before we would have fought in the finals
Q3. Can you tell us how you prepared for the tournament? What did your practice routine look like, and were there any specific areas you focused on?
Honestly my practice was queing AOS and helping a couple buddies get ready for their fights like helping my buddy get better with dosa movement by fighting without my grab so he could focus on dancing and SA trading like his fight would be
Q4. Looking back on the tournament, what was the most difficult or nerve-racking moment for you, and why?
Easily during the finals in round 5 when I got CCed and was forced to E-escape right at the start putting me at a massive disadvantage in the final round of the MC
Q5. Were there any matches from other competitors that surprised you or motivated you, either while watching or during your own run? If so, which matches stood out, and why?
I was surprised to see all of the mass teleports being used in a 1v1 like that, was something I never really thought to do and honestly after trying it outside of the MC before the finals still didn't like it because of the lack of control and how predictable it is.
Q6. Looking back at your final match, what was the game-changing moment or highlight?
When I managed to grab GobbleGobble in the finally round, I was without my E-escape and was getting poked down way to much before the circle closed, getting that grab any later would have could have lost my the round and MC but it allowed to me fully heal up and even the playing field as the circle closed giving me the advantage
Q7. If you had to describe your gameplay in one word, what would it be, and why?
Movement
Q8. What advice would you give to players who want to try your class after watching your matches?
Don't be afraid to play aggressive, awk wizard has a lot more mobility then people realize
Q9. After your victory, did anyone who supported you share their reaction? And is there anyone you’d like to thank or give a special mention to?
Yeah I had friends who don't even play BDO watching the stream and instantly messaging my after the win, I want to give special thanks to them as well as all my old MMR core friends who were supporting me throughout the tournament and match
Q10. Do you have any words for the runner-up, who fought with you until the very end?
Stand proud MetaClass, You were strong.
Q11. Do you plan to compete again in the next Master Class tournament? If so, would you stick with the same class or consider switching?
Yes I do and I plan on sticking with awk wizard assuming the nerfs that are about to hit aren't as bad as they seem
Q12. Now that you’ve become the best in your class, what do you see as your next goal? And how would you like to be remembered?
Next goal would probably be to learn a new class and see how good I can get branching out, although my wizard is never going away. I want to be remembered as the 2nd greatest wizard in the world, right behind Corgi
[NA] Neferia
Q1. How do you feel after winning the tournament?
I’m pretty happy. I’ve always played bdo just for fun during my free time, so winning a tournament like this feels really special to me. It honestly means a lot
Q2. What was your first thought when you saw the tournament bracket? Was there a matchup or opponent you were really looking forward to facing going into this?
Yes, there were several. In my bracket, there were at least two players I was concerned about. I faced one of them in the semifinals, and the other one was eliminated by someone else didnt expected that. What’s interesting is that the person I faced in the finals defeated the players I considered the strongest in the first bracket
Q3. Can you tell us how you prepared for the tournament? What did your practice routine look like, and were there any specific areas you focused on?
Yes, honestly at first i wasn’t sure whether to play awakening or succession, but after practicing a lot, I ended up feeling more comfortable with succession. Basically, I played a lot of aos matches and took my trial character to ba1 to fight whoever was there.
Q4. Looking back on the tournament, what was the most difficult or nerve-racking moment for you, and why?
I’d say it was mainly the first match because of the nerves. I still hadn’t fully processed everything that was happening, and I had a lot on my mind knowing that any mistake could get me eliminated, the people watching, the pressure of the moment, and so on. But I tried to ignore all of that and focus only on keeping track of my cooldowns, maintaining a proper skill rotation, looking for ccs opportunities, and taking smart damage trades to force my opponent to expose their frontal guards.
Q5. Were there any matches from other competitors that surprised you or motivated you, either while watching or during your own run? If so, which matches stood out, and why?
For better or worse, this community is quite familiar with each other, so most of the matchups went as i expected. However, there were still a few that surprised me, especially in the finals. In the Wizard matchup, i expected the Succession Wizard to win because from my perspective he deserved it. Also the finals for the Nova and Dosa classes didn’t go the way I expected but in tournaments like these, anything can happen.
Q6. Looking back at your final match, what was the game-changing moment or highlight?
I’d say winning the first round was what gave me complete confidence. Honestly once I reached the finals i felt quite capable of winning the tournament. Of course, the nerves were still there, but with the game already going in my favor i just had to do what I’ve been doing for years in the game pvp.
Q7. If you had to describe your gameplay in one word, what would it be, and why?
Trading. With how protected the current meta is and the fact that most classes can stay in permanent super armor or iframe i like to apply a good amount of damage in SA to force them to use their frontal guards during the trade, and then look for opportunities to cc them.
Q8. What advice would you give to players who want to try your class after watching your matches?
Hashashin is a very fun and versatile class. You can play it as an assassin picking off enemies in a standing state or you can go a bit more tanky and help your team with ccs, while also having one of the best grabs in the game. It’s also a fairly protected class. You just need to learn your combos and rotations properly. The most important thing is learning how to manage your stamina, which is its biggest weakness
Q9. After your victory, did anyone who supported you share their reaction? And is there anyone you’d like to thank or give a special mention to?
Both my in game friends and my real life friends were supporting me and they were there to congratulate me when I won. Even though my real life friends don’t even play the game, they were still there supporting me
Q10. Do you have any words for the runner-up, who fought with you until the very end?
Simply reaching the finals is already incredible and shows great skill. On top of that as I mentioned before this person defeated the best players and the ones I considered would be a major threat in the tournament. So congratulations to the runner-up.
Q11. Do you plan to compete again in the next Master Class tournament? If so, would you stick with the same class or consider switching?
Yes, if there is another tournament of this caliber i would like to compete. I actually play bdo just for fun, but if the opportunity comes I want to prove to myself what I’m capable of. And honestly i would never switch off Hashashin. Ever since I tried it, it has always been by far my favorite class.
Q12. Now that you’ve become the best in your class, what do you see as your next goal? And how would you like to be remembered?
To be honest, I don’t really have a specific goal. If I had to say something right now, it would be aiming for a top rank in the next aos ranked season. But as I mentioned before, I play bdo purely for fun, for me it has the best combat system of any game and I really enjoy playing it.
[NA] ZerkIGuess
Q1. How do you feel after winning the tournament?
I feel ecstatic. I now have plenty of pearls to acquire different outfit pieces and mix and match. It’s honestly one of my favorite parts about this game and my main. And now I get a cool weapon skin to mess around with too!
Q2. What was your first thought when you saw the tournament bracket? Was there a matchup or opponent you were really looking forward to facing going into this?
I was honestly nervous, I recognized many of the participants and knew this was going to be a hard-fought tournament. I’d say my first round fight against Shurugiken, I knew he would be a good fight and it was a tense match for sure!
Q3. Can you tell us how you prepared for the tournament? What did your practice routine look like, and were there any specific areas you focused on?
I honestly didn’t prepare much for the tournament. I was confident in my abilities as a player, I just needed to lock in for the tournament lol.
Q4. Looking back on the tournament, what was the most difficult or nerve-racking moment for you, and why?
I was definitely nervous going into any of my fights. But on my very first round it was match point 1-1 and on the last minute of the match I almost died standing and performed a well-timed Emergency Escape. That gave me enough room and time to compose myself and luckily come out with the win.
Q5. Were there any matches from other competitors that surprised you or motivated you, either while watching or during your own run? If so, which matches stood out, and why?
When fighting my opponents I was definitely surprised to see really good usage of spacing and Projection. I did really enjoy watching my finals opponent, xSnowyr, use his pre-awakening kit to fish for CCs and make space. I definitely want to learn from this and adapt it into my skill rotation when playing Awakening.
Q6. Looking back at your final match, what was the game-changing moment or highlight?
Honestly, the second round after being forced to Emergency Escape early. It made me take a step back and realize I needed to work on my engages. It gave me enough confidence afterwards that on the final round I didn’t mind I was pushing against my opponent while they were class buffed.
Q7. If you had to describe your gameplay in one word, what would it be, and why?
Speed. Musa is already a fast class but the freedom of movement the skill Gale gives you makes the class feel so smooth and a dangerous assassin on the battlefield.
Q8. What advice would you give to players who want to try your class after watching your matches?
Musa is an amazing class all-around, both Succession and Awakening. Both its skill kit and outfits are the best-looking in my opinion. I highly encourage everyone to give it a try. Be sure to watch montages as they give a good insight on how others succeed on this class. And feel free to reach out to me if you ever need any guidance!
Q9. After your victory, did anyone who supported you share their reaction? And is there anyone you’d like to thank or give a special mention to?
I had many congratulate me for my victory. Some from my very first PvP guild I joined, Conviction. To my current guild, Sacred. I wanna thank all the friends I made, and players I had the pleasure of meeting and or sparring with over the years. And a very special thank you to my girlfriend who occasionally plays the game with me and 1 taps everything on my head XD.
Q10. Do you have any words for the runner-up, who fought with you until the very end?
I know this player also has an amazing Scholar as a tag. And I’ve seen them do great work on both classes. I hope Olympus treats you well, they’re a very cool PvP guild, and just keep doing you! Gfs!
Q11. Do you plan to compete again in the next Master Class tournament? If so, would you stick with the same class or consider switching?
I would definitely be interested in competing again! And I’m sure I will still likely be on Musa until the very end of my BDO career. I may mix it up on Awakening but we’ll see o.o ….
Q12. Now that you’ve become the best in your class, what do you see as your next goal? And how would you like to be remembered?
I want to master Awakening Musa, and reach Top #1 Musa ranking in AoS. And be remembered as someone who is always down to help lend a hand! To all my fellow Musa brethren’s, MusaGang forever!

Q1. How do you feel after winning the tournament?
I feel honored and privileged! To me the tournament was the closing of an era and start of a new.
Q2. What was your first thought when you saw the tournament bracket? Was there a matchup or opponent you were really looking forward to facing going into this?
I realized virtually every opponent was a ninja I knew and had experience with. Every one of em was a proficient player
Q3. Looking back on the tournament, what was the most difficult or nerve-racking moment for you, and why?
Probably the finals. Law is a very solid ninja and I knew I was out of practice. This was a long standing rivaly I compare similar to Naruto and Sasuke haha
Q4. Were there any matches from other competitors that surprised you or motivated you, either while watching or during your own run? If so, which matches stood out, and why?
Hittas matches really impressed me. Watching the preliminary matches for my class made me realize there was probably some better competition than I expected. Ninjas turned up 🔥
Q5. Looking back at your final match, what was the game-changing moment or highlight?
Definitely that final round when I was able to knock him from stealth. That final round was neck and neck for HP, time, circle - I hope it was as suspenseful for people watching as it was fighting
Q6. If you had to describe your gameplay in one word, what would it be, and why?
Rusty hahaha I had genuinely barely had the opportunity to play, but I had a very clear and simple strategy that paid off.
Q7. What advice would you give to players who want to try your class after watching your matches?
Stealth is great vulnerability against someone who's experienced on stealth classes. It's almost never advisable in 1v1s except to disengage. Avoid grabs the same way you would any CC: keeping moving = surviving
Q8. After your victory, did anyone who supported you share their reaction? And is there anyone you’d like to thank or give a special mention to?
Literally all My Peoples!!! I love you all! ❤️
Q9. Do you have any words for the runner-up, who fought with you until the very end?
I'm definitely open for a rematch sometime brother! It was good fights 🤝
Q10. Do you plan to compete again in the next Master Class tournament? If so, would you stick with the same class or consider switching?
Yes absolutely! I might try out succession for that one
Q11. Now that you’ve become the best in your class, what do you see as your next goal? And how would you like to be remembered?
Help foster the community into a new era of enduring prosperity, hype, progress and self development!
[NA] NightxRaider
Q1. How do you feel after winning the tournament?
I am surprised, excited, happy, and in complete disbelief. I just joined to have fun and see how other players used the class. I did not expect to get this far! I wish the Arsha weapon was a main hand weapon so I could see it more often
Q2. What was your first thought when you saw the tournament bracket? Was there a matchup or opponent you were really looking forward to facing going into this?
I was excited to have 5 fights opponets! When I saw the tournament bracket, initially, I was worried about facing PvP. Having a name like that implies some extensive PvP experience.
Q3. Can you tell us how you prepared for the tournament? What did your practice routine look like, and were there any specific areas you focused on?
When Wukong was released he was shunned for having poor PvP performance comparatively but I wanted to be the outlier and practiced extensively on him with combos and skill add-ons from day 1 of his release. I worked on him mostly in Heidel Arena with a previous guild mate of mine Darkiden. At least once a week we would have 1v1 fights even before Masterclass was announced. I focused on getting cc's, grabs, my class weaknesses and gaps, and maintaining buffs/debuffs during my dps combo.
Q4. Looking back on the tournament, what was the most difficult or nerve-racking moment for you, and why?
The most nerve-racking moment was my 3rd opponent. Losing the first round put so much pressure on me, I hadn't lost a round yet until then, so I had to wipe my hands off before the next round! During the last round, it was such a close fight! I was in shock when I won by less than 10% hp difference
Q5. Were there any matches from other competitors that surprised you or motivated you, either while watching or during your own run? If so, which matches stood out, and why?
I thought the Shai matches were really fun to watch, I had fought and warmed up against Bongos in the BA while waiting for our turn, I'm glad to see they won as well. The Maegu match between Seo and Waey was also really interesting. That class does so much damage!
Q6. Looking back at your final match, what was the game-changing moment or highlight?
During my final match, I found it hilarious that I goofed up and accidentally did a completely unprotected jump when they were mentioning nerves. That timing was amazing! Another moment and highlight was the way the final round ended the same as the first round with a grab during the Soaring Nimbus skill.
Q7. If you had to describe your gameplay in one word, what would it be, and why?
Knowledgeable
Q8. What advice would you give to players who want to try your class after watching your matches?
Give Wukong a try! He is so fun! He has some weaknesses, some more than other classes, but skill and knowledge can definitely help to mitigate them a ton! He performs much better than people give him credit for.
Q9. After your victory, did anyone who supported you share their reaction? And is there anyone you’d like to thank or give a special mention to?
I would definitely like to thank Darkiden for the late night practice trial matches against his Dark knight. Also Afary, Drshortstuf, Polaris and TheRossSauce for their constant total faith and support.
Q10. Do you have any words for the runner-up, who fought with you until the very end?
Formidable was definitely very formidable! I'm glad he was able to claim the 2nd place rewards, it couldn't have gone to a better person. I look forward to a rematch someday soon!
Q11. Do you plan to compete again in the next Master Class tournament? If so, would you stick with the same class or consider switching?
I will definitely compete again in the next master class tournament on the same class. I haven't had a class I gravitated and clicked with like this. I hope I can win again, and hopefully earn an Arsha Main Hand weapon too!
Q12. Now that you’ve become the best in your class, what do you see as your next goal? And how would you like to be remembered?
I would like to get as strong as I can and hopefully hit the AP cap. I want my gear and character to live up to the title! After, I'll try to obtain all the treasure items available
[NA] Cribbzy
Q1. How do you feel after winning the tournament?
Honestly I was pumped, had an absolute blast during the fights and just seeing other AP shais in general was a great experience since we are so rare. As of now I'm loving the title and the weapon skin, don't think I'll remove them anytime soon and just all-round very happy that I won.
Q2. What was your first thought when you saw the tournament bracket? Was there a matchup or opponent you were really looking forward to facing going into this?
I was pretty happy when I saw the tournament brackets mainly because there was so many shais and names I hadn't seen in a while like nugs, I came into this tournament expecting to fight moori and I'm glad we met in the finals.
Q3. Can you tell us how you prepared for the tournament? What did your practice routine look like, and were there any specific areas you focused on?
I didn't really have a set practice routine but just before matches I would spar with other classes to warm up. I've played shai for a long time, basically since it came out, so everything is muscle memory and excluding the usage of Go! shai hasn't changed much in terms of playstyle since 2+ yrs ago. One of the big things I didn't see in this tournament was a focus on positioning for damage, as a shai its the most vital aspect to capitalise on CC's alongside movement. in the future I plan to flush out my ability to counter WGW playstyles as it caught me slightly off-guard in the finals with bongo CC's.
Q4. Looking back on the tournament, what was the most difficult or nerve-racking moment for you, and why?
definitely my fight with jeggings, that man got me down to almost no health but I'm happy that play dead is still under-utilised in 1v1s otherwise I would've lost that round. the finals were nerve-racking but that round specifically had me sweating.
Q5. Were there any matches from other competitors that surprised you or motivated you, either while watching or during your own run? If so, which matches stood out, and why?
I wanna give a shout out to Shairaq specifically, if he wasn't fighting me I think him vs moori would've been a really close match and very entertaining to watch. I had a blast fighting him and his playstyle was the closest to how I play shai, I'm glad I got to fight him.
Q6. Looking back at your final match, what was the game-changing moment or highlight?
I think the highlight for me at least was experiencing a pvp shai use WGW to change their bongo skills for the 1v1 setting, I definitely wasn't expecting it especially since we fought in the BA beforehand and he didn't use it. It was a unique playstyle I haven't encountered yet but I think it falls behind just playing shai without WGW in terms of 1v1 capabilities vs another shai.
Q7. If you had to describe your gameplay in one word, what would it be, and why?
Aggressive. This is how I've always played ap shai and its the only way to make shai work with my ping in 1v1s, constant pressure on someone increases the chances of a mistake and I'll be there to capitalise on it.
Q8. What advice would you give to players who want to try your class after watching your matches?
If I had to give advice to newer players it would be focus on positioning when using skills, shai has a gap in-between her skills that does no damage until it hits the apex of the skill, positioning is the difference between doing good damage vs no damage at all. I'll also say shai requires an entirely different playstyle for largescale fights so the best advice I can give is experiment with the class to find what works for you, shai is pretty freestyle. Lastly, always make sure your song buffs are active, don't always wait until they're about to run out as you never know when you'll be able to safely pop them again in pvp.
Q9. After your victory, did anyone who supported you share their reaction? And is there anyone you’d like to thank or give a special mention to?
lot of the OGs like killacroc, hitman, guiido, Baeklang and the bois in smoke all congratulated me, I'm happy there are still a lot of the pvpers that remember me from back when I use to terrorise arsha server. I'm gonna have to call out taco though, that man had no faith in me
Q10. Do you have any words for the runner-up, who fought with you until the very end?
Moori I'm glad we got to fight in the end and settle best shai NA, just hit me up if you ever wanna fight again outside of the tournaments. I think once you master WGW you will be a menace and I look forward to those fights, but I would say give shai another crack without WGW, that fight we had in the BA beforehand was very intense. Good fights brother :)
Q11. Do you plan to compete again in the next Master Class tournament? If so, would you stick with the same class or consider switching?
Yes I think I will stick to shai for the next tournament too, other classes on high ping don't work too well in a competitive setting and I'm way more confident I can secure a win on shai no matter the opponent. I'd be happy if we see offhand or sol arsha weapons in the future and I'll pray for the possibility.
Q12. Now that you’ve become the best in your class, what do you see as your next goal? And how would you like to be remembered?
At the moment I've run out of goals as I'm nearly hard capped but if I had to name one it would be getting PA to add bongo addon skills to shai, its the final component to shai that she needs for shai to feel like a complete class. I just want to be remembered as the og AP shai, shai combat is the reason I play this game and I want it to stay the reason I'll be remembered for long into the future. I've defended my title so I can go back to fishing now.

Q1. How do you feel after winning the tournament?
At first, I felt immediate relief. The all-day pressure of waiting for my final match was mentally exhausting. Afterwards, it felt like a huge weight lifted from my shoulders. I didn't expect to win. Once the match finished, I was ecstatic. I spent the rest of the day in high spirits.
Q2. What was your first thought when you saw the tournament bracket? Was there a matchup or opponent you were really looking forward to facing going into this?
Out of all my opponents, Newly posed the highest threat. I thought, "Just my luck to have to fight a world boss on my first set.". I was excited, but I knew it would be intense. I was 100% prepared to lose.
Q3. Can you tell us how you prepared for the tournament? What did your practice routine look like, and were there any specific areas you focused on?
I spent a lot of my time sparring other contestants. I'm a BA rat so I'd go just to watch people fight or practice on my trial. I came up with new techniques, tricks, even further refining my combos. I had to get used to the lack of buffs. The adaptation wasn't difficult. My main focus was utilizing my counter playstyle to apply pressure while managing my stamina. Mainly for my first fight. I evolved my playstyle in those few weeks more than I have in a year.
Q4. Looking back on the tournament, what was the most difficult or nerve-racking moment for you, and why?
My first fight. I'm unsure if it was the first or second round. Either way, all of it was intense and nerve wracking. I remember us trying to figure each other out. Matching move for move, counter for counter. I even bot jumped at one point. I had to compose myself. Took a second but once I did, I started controlling the battle. Minus a few mistakes.
Q5. Were there any matches from other competitors that surprised you or motivated you, either while watching or during your own run? If so, which matches stood out, and why?
There were a few, but one that stood out for me was Raidelo's fight. Normally, succession loses to awakening with minimal effort. Watching the opposite happen was....unexpected. That showed me succession mains of Sage have a lot more patience and discipline than most awakening users. Big motivation for me to slow down and not rush my fights.
Q6. Looking back at your final match, what was the game-changing moment or highlight?
My final round. Once I loaded in after playing cautious for the first 2 rounds, I went in aggressive and got my opponent's E-Escape down almost immediately. At that point, I had a major advantage and gained the confidence I needed. I knew what to look out for and what to counter. I could control the fight from that point on. Which lead me to win.
Q7. If you had to describe your gameplay in one word, what would it be, and why?
Adaptive. I usually have to lose or make a mistake before I start winning in any scenario. It's one of my greatest strengths.
Q8. What advice would you give to players who want to try your class after watching your matches?
Playing Sage will require a little more than just simple curiosity. One of his biggest strengths is his damage. Capped and uncapped. He's a good flex/ball class if you get decent with him. Resource management is tough. You'll need some discipline, but if you enjoy Sage enough like me. It won't matter. I'm also always willing to teach.
Q9. After your victory, did anyone who supported you share their reaction? And is there anyone you’d like to thank or give a special mention to?
I had a lot of supporters. First person that comes to mind is one of my closest friends, Caulifa. He's been hyping me up as long as I can remember. Another close friend being Kitsune, I would've never entered If she didn't trick me into signing up. My sparing partners who helped me train being Fubs, Sza, J, Newly, Toki, Raidelo, and my Number 1 Student, Lord_SixPaths, and anyone who helped refine my skill. Thank you.
Q10. Do you have any words for the runner-up, who fought with you until the very end?
I was bit intimidated watching you fight. I couldn't attempt half of the stuff I normally do. I figured you'd just grab me out of it. The reads you did on all your opponents was pristine. Which made me reevaluate a lot of things I normally do. You fought well. I look forward to seeing you in the next master class old friend.
Q11. Do you plan to compete again in the next Master Class tournament? If so, would you stick with the same class or consider switching?
If there is an Arsha Main/Offhand weapon skin as a reward. I'll absolutely compete. We needed those years ago. Especially for our ascension classes. Most of them will rarely ever see them. Pretty unfortunate. I'll definitely compete Sage again. Unless necromancer comes out or there's another class I enjoy more than sage.
Q12. Now that you’ve become the best in your class, what do you see as your next goal? And how would you like to be remembered?
Sometime ago, a friend of mine gave me this title. "Godfather of Sages." Which has stuck for several years now. I'm just glad to have earned it. Shut it PEDGE. I'm unsure as to what my next goal will be. Maybe to get more gear. I plan on making my own guild soon. Maybe I'll update my discord I use to help other sages. I sort of abandoned the project. I think it's about time to pick it back up. I'll definitely be preparing for the next Master Class Tournament.

Q1. How do you feel after winning the tournament?
Honestly, it feels good. The rewards were really helpful in upgrading some of my gear, and obtaining those exclusive prizes definitely made it worth participating.
Q2. What was your first thought when you saw the tournament bracket? Was there a matchup or opponent you were really looking forward to facing going into this?
Specifically, people such as ErieTheSlayer, Serenity, DovaQueen and BlueBobcat had been on my radar as good Drakania players.
Q3. Can you tell us how you prepared for the tournament? What did your practice routine look like, and were there any specific areas you focused on?
Most of my preparation was going to Battle Arena and fighting a couple of my friends (Nappary and General) with Trial character gear. The idea was to get a feel as to how much damage I could apply through combos, how much damage I could tank when cc'd, as well as how much damage I could do in SA trading. In any mirror match, the focus is always to know the gaps in your class, and since Drakania is a heavy FG class, I mainly focused on how to get behind my opponent, as well as to know when to be aggressive and to always keep an eye on stamina management.
Q4. Looking back on the tournament, what was the most difficult or nerve-racking moment for you, and why?
Looking back, the most difficult moment I'd say was quarter finals against Serenity. The match came down to the last round and honestly any of us could've won.
Q5. Were there any matches from other competitors that surprised you or motivated you, either while watching or during your own run? If so, which matches stood out, and why?
I honestly was not able to focus too much on other matches since I was focused on my own games and preparation, but I was really happy to see some of my guild members do well and win their matches. Also, the Ninja Finals on EU was a fun surprise with their choreography at the beginning.
Q6. Looking back at your final match, what was the game-changing moment or highlight?
I believe there was not a game-changing moment in Finals, but I'd say an important moment was during the first round when I realized I did need not my grab to land cc's. Once I adapted to my opponent's playstyle, I started to feel more confident and settle into what I had practiced prior.
Q7. If you had to describe your gameplay in one word, what would it be, and why?
I would say "disciplined". I tend to follow memorized patterns, but I am aware of what I am doing at any moment and why. That said, sometimes it can be a little predictable, as people in general know what the role of Drakania is and expect established skill rotations, such as Obliterate and Doombringer being used together and so on.
Q8. What advice would you give to players who want to try your class after watching your matches?
Drakania is not in the best position at the moment. Although the upcoming buffs could make it better, for the longest it has been a class that relies on FGs, which requires extra attention as to how you move your camera and how you position yourself as a whole. More often than not, you will see yourself getting cc'd a lot during the initial learning curve, which in comparison to other classes, it could make the experience a bit less attractive. In any case, I'd say first focus on learning your movement rotation and how to engage.
Q9. After your victory, did anyone who supported you share their reaction? And is there anyone you’d like to thank or give a special mention to?
I would like to thank Nappary and General for helping me practice, as well as everyone that congratulated me after Finals.
Q10. Do you have any words for the runner-up, who fought with you until the very end?
Respect to my opponent for making it to Finals. I believe he is a good Drakania player and I appreciate he was a good sport in general.
Q11. Do you plan to compete again in the next Master Class tournament? If so, would you stick with the same class or consider switching?
I would like to compete again. If I do so, I would like to do it with Drakania again as she has been my main class for a long time and feel that I still have room to improve. Also, the rewards are too good to pass on.
Q12. Now that you’ve become the best in your class, what do you see as your next goal? And how would you like to be remembered?
I haven’t really thought much about how I want to be remembered. For now, I’m just enjoying the game, working on my gear, and trying to keep improving little by little.

Q1. How do you feel after winning the tournament?
Winning was an incredible experience for me. Not just because of the recognition and glory, but also because of the generous rewards they gave out. I don’t really have the money to spend on the game every day, so with those Pearls I was able to buy a lot of things I had wanted for a long time.
Q2. What was your first thought when you saw the tournament bracket? Was there a matchup or opponent you were really looking forward to facing going into this?
The player who made me doubt whether I could actually win was RIPeep, but in the end we never got to face each other.
Q3. Can you tell us how you prepared for the tournament? What did your practice routine look like, and were there any specific areas you focused on?
I practiced with a friend of mine who is a Succession Nova main. We worked a lot on extended combos and movement so I could land grabs more effectively.
Q4. Looking back on the tournament, what was the most difficult or nerve-racking moment for you, and why?
It was during the semifinal match against StellaVermillion. When I lost the first round, my whole world came crashing down, but in the end I managed to turn the fight around.
Q5. Were there any matches from other competitors that surprised you or motivated you, either while watching or during your own run? If so, which matches stood out, and why?
The finals of the Warriors tournament, because the runner-up was actually a friend of mine, and I never expected things to end the way they did.
Q6. Looking back at your final match, what was the game-changing moment or highlight?
The most decisive moment was the first round, which I won with only 700 HP left. I honestly couldn’t believe it haha.
Q7. If you had to describe your gameplay in one word, what would it be, and why?
I play safe. I like calculating my moves carefully, and I only push forward when I know I have the advantage.
Q8. What advice would you give to players who want to try your class after watching your matches?
Practicing grabs and learning how to properly cancel Axian.
Q9. After your victory, did anyone who supported you share their reaction? And is there anyone you’d like to thank or give a special mention to?
Everyone in my Discord started screaming and congratulating me haha, but I especially want to mention El_Chefe, who spent every single day practicing with me and testing combos, rotations, and more. Without him, I honestly don’t think my victory would have been possible.
Q10. Do you have any words for the runner-up, who fought with you until the very end?
He fought really well. I just feel like he started panicking a bit when I got low on HP, and I honestly wish the second-place prize had been a little bigger to help support his progression.
Q11. Do you plan to compete again in the next Master Class tournament? If so, would you stick with the same class or consider switching?
If the rewards are as juicy as they were this year, then of course I’ll participate again. And yes, I plan to stay a Nova main until death do us part.
Q12. Now that you’ve become the best in your class, what do you see as your next goal? And how would you like to be remembered?
I’d like to increase my GS a bit more. My GS isn’t bad, but I still have a long way to go before I’m fully geared. I hope to be remembered as the Best Succession Nova of 2026.
