What is the Guild Fair?
- It is a meet-and-greet event that connects guilds looking for new members with Adventurers seeking a guild.
- If you are a new Adventurer who has not joined a guild yet, you can find the perfect guild for you, and guilds can find new members to adventure with!

- Submit your completed Guild Intro Card to the "guild-card submission" channel on the official Black Desert Console Discord.

- To prevent duplicate submissions, the card must be submitted by a Guild Officer or above.
- In case of duplicate submissions, only the last card submitted will be used.
- Required Info for Submission:
- The list of participating guilds will be made public before the first session, on June 24 at 23:00 (UTC), and will be updated every Wednesday at 23:00 (UTC) until the second session begins.
- Cards containing AI-generated images, inappropriate language or photos, or no content will not be included in the participating guild list and will be ineligible for Guild Fair participation rewards. (Last Updated: 06/23/2026 01:21 UTC)

Fair Participation Rewards
Guilds that submit a Guild Introduction Card and take part in the Guild Fair will receive rewards.
(Rewards will be given for each session if you participate in both.)

* Rewards will be distributed via Guild Storage during the next maintenance after each Guild Fair event concludes.
* Rewards will be granted to the guild the participant belonged to at the time of participation and will be delivered to that guild's Guild Storage.
* Additional Notices
- To ensure a smooth event, please park your mount in a safe location before entering the Western Guard Camp.
- Immediate action may be taken if the event is disrupted, and no compensation or recovery will be possible for any damage caused.
- Changes and adjustments to the event may occur, and in such cases, you should proceed accordingly based on the GM's explanation.
- Event rewards may be changed to other items of equal value without prior notice, depending on mitigating circumstances.
- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on mitigating circumstances. Any changes will be announced on this event page and will not be given separate notices.
- Accounts found breaching terms and conditions before the reward distribution may face disqualification and forfeiture of the prize, even post-win.
- Event items may have restrictions on trading, selling, and usage periods, and the binding settings may vary for each item. Therefore, it is not possible to transfer or recover such items.

- Items and/or rewards that have been used normally cannot be recovered.
- Participating in the event using inappropriate methods may result in the cancellation or repossession of your reward(s) and may lead to a restriction on game access.
