Calling all experienced Adventurers willing to share their knowledge and expertise
with new Adventurers still finding their way in Black Desert!

WHAT IS AN AMBASSADOR?

Help Adventurers Find Their Way

Ambassadors are experienced Adventurers who share their Black Desert knowledge and actively support new and returning players across the community. Regular participation on the Official Black Desert Console Discord is one of the role's primary responsibilities.

Need Advice on Mounts!

I heard mounts can help you travel much faster, but there seem to be so many different horses. Where should I start?

Ambassador

Have you claimed your Mythical Horse from Challenge yet?
Go to Menu - Reward - Challenge to obtain a Choose Your Mythical Horse Box.
These horses have unique abilities, such as flying through the air or walking on water.
If this is your first Mythical Horse, I recommend Mythical Arduanatt.

Help new and returning Adventurers primarily through the official Discord,
and take part in sharing information and engaging with the community.

How It Works

Apply / Selection

Applications are always open. Selected Ambassadors are announced during the first week of each month.

Activity

Actively support Adventurers throughout the month. Regular participation on the Official Black Desert Console Discord is expected.

Activity Report

Submit a monthly activity report covering your Discord, in-game, and other qualifying support activity.

Rewards

Rewards are distributed to Ambassadors who fulfill the monthly activity requirements and complete the activity report.

Ambassadors who show a lack of activity, exhibit inappropriate behavior, or post thoughtless content may be disqualified and have their privileges and titles revoked.
Disqualified Ambassadors may be excluded from future recruitment cycles.
Event rewards are subject to change without prior notice to other items of similar value.
Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the recruitment program based on internal circumstances.
Using inappropriate methods to participate may result in reward retrieval and game access restrictions.
