Hello Adventurers,
We are trying to solve the problems that you have notified us as soon as possible.
After we solve the issue, we will inform you through notice.
[Issues under examination]
● Summoning My Attendant and using the Take Portrait function in the 'Customize (Attendant)' menu causes the game client to close in certain situations.
● Monster zone effects are not applied at Hermesia Inner Castle when defeating the monster that appears with the following message after you defeat Markthanan's Servant:
'Markthanan's Black Crystal goes out of control and begins absorbing nearby Black Crystals.'
- Compensation will be provided for rewards that were not properly received after reviewing gameplay records.
● Attempting Group Enhancement on Ekleta and Apeiron accessories displays a system message and prevents enhancement from proceeding.
● Guild Boss Subjugation cannot be progressed if subjugation attempts are recharged three hours after the previous Guild Boss Subjugation.
- Guilds that recharged their subjugation attempts but were unable to defeat the boss due to this issue will receive compensation when the issue is fixed during the August 20 (Thu) maintenance.
● Certain items that cannot actually be obtained or sold/bought are displayed on the Central Market.
- These items will be removed from the Central Market during the Aug 20 (Thu) maintenance, and any active orders for them will be reset.
● Effects and sounds for skills and items registered to Quick Slots play based on character movement in certain situations.
● When a HAN Reforge Stone is equipped, the total value of its effects in the Reforge Stones UI differs from the actual value.
- The actual effects are applied normally, and you can check the applied AP via [Equipment (I) - View Total Stats].
● Some guild/alliance notices are not displayed in the Guild (G) UI.
● The minimap does not appear in certain areas of the Oceanus Sea.
● The image for the Emma Bartali knowledge entry of Angavu Outpost does not appear in the Knowledge (H) UI.

- Adventurers who wish to graduate can do so by selecting the button [here] at the bottom of the Season Pass UI.

● Twitch Drops rewards cannot be claimed in certain situations.

- You can check the status of ongoing Guild House auctions through a [Guild Manager] NPC.

● The Black Desert launcher may not open properly when programs that monitor your PC's status in real time are running. We are looking into the details.

● The Olvia Academy quest "[Combat Course] The Pirates' Treasure Map?" may not be available for some Adventurers.
- This quest can be accepted via the [Black Spirit -> Quest -> Suggested] tab.
● [Gamepad Mode] Going through the loading screen (e.g. moving to Select Server or changing characters) resets some Ring Menu settings.
● [Seraph] Using any social action that involves weapons does not display their appearance.
● [Gamepad Mode] In the Seraph Ascension quest, the input key for the "Sacramentum" skill is not displayed and appears as [] instead.
● The Guild (G) - Guild Mission UI and Guild Chat occasionally displays incorrect information.
● In the Black Shrine - Donghae (Solo) Gumiho Boss Blitz, characters may instantly die again after resurrection, and, upon revival, are moved to Yeowoo Cave.
● [Steam] Payment failure occurs occasionally when purchasing Pearl Box.
- If you experience repeated payment failures, you can temporarily work around this by adding funds to your Steam Wallet before purchasing a Pearl Box.
● The Character Slots in the simplified view of the End Game (ESC) UI are not correctly centered.
- Construction Mode Node/Conquest War: If the fort is dismantled, participation for all guild/alliance members will be cancelled as well.
● Certain classes are seeing Karma penalty messages when defeating monsters in Honglim Base and Dokkebi Forrest.
- Please be advised that your Family's actual Karma will not decrease.
● Containers installed in residences are not appearing in the list of the Contribution Point Usage UI.
● We are aware of the issue where "Private/Personal Trade" is not possible when using the gamepad UI.
● We are aware of the issue where AP is not reduced normally when it rains or snows.
● We are aware of the issue where you cannot level up when receiving EXP as a quest reward at level 59 99.99%.
● We are aware of the issue where you sporadically do not obtain gathering materials while Water Scooping.
