Hello guys, I have been doing Sycrakea when it was launched first at 6 October 2021 with my party. Understanding the mechanism took me and my friends a long time and here I am sharing the guides, tips and tricks, and some knowledges that I can find in the Sycrakea. I would say this is a good co-op content that you can do with your friends or guildmates, the rewards also quite nice so I really recommend you guys do it at least once to get the rewards or can start new activity for friends and guild. I will keep updating the guides as detailed as I can get. This dungeon is do able for classes with low DP but have lots of Iframes (I went with 320DP for ELVIA, using SORCERESS), but you need to know the mechanics very well

Summary:

Sycrakea is a dungeon that have terrain effect such as Frozen, Burning, and Poison on every place. HP pot and Fairy skill Miraculous Cheer is very needed. Mechanism in this dungeon is very important especially while facing Maleficent Centilutos. Once you miss 1 mechanic, you will be dead and have to restart from phase 1 again. Make sure you understand all of the mechanism that every mobs and mini bosses and also Maleficent Centilutos.

Requirements:

- Understanding you main or class that you use (skill rotation for running in a long distance)

- AP and DP is at least 276 AP and 330 DP (this was my GS, you can survive the normal run. Having higher GS and party full of High GS is definitely helps you killing the mobs and bosses much faster. If your party have my personal requirements for GS, you can still survive as long as you do the mechanism correctly and also able to kill the mobs and bosses but it's going to take a long time)
- ELVIA AP DP : AP atleast 280, DP NO NEED AS LONG U HAVE BALLS! (I did with 320dp several times, was roulleting :D)

-  Finishing the main quest [Invitation from I]

- Get Buffed up (Church buffs, Draughts, Perfume or Khalks, Villa Buff that you can get from Tent). You can rebuff the villa buff using your tent if you have the Secret Book of Oldmoon.

- Set your Graphics to be Remastered for more effect

- Make sure you have good internet connection, some desync can disturb you from getting all the loots

Server available:

- Elvia Server = Hardest. Penalty on death (doesn't work on the final Boss). More and better rewards.

- Normal Server = Normal rewards. No penalty on Death

- Season Server = Easy. Season Related Rewards. No penalty on Death

For Vahmalkea you can just focus DPSing the monster without even thinking about the mechanism, but for Sycrakea you have to the mechanism correctly or else you die.

The Monsters:

Lykina

Lykina is a monster that looked like a modified stingray. It can divide itself to be 3 Tarkhes when there's an announcement "Lykina is trying to absorb Power". All of the Tarkhes must be killed before they filled a ball with water or Lykina will deal a lot of damage that can kill you instantly. If you manage to kill the Tarkhes before the ball is filled with water, an annoucement will spawn "Lykina failed to absorb power" it will lose its DP make it easier for us to kill it.

Cartios

Cartios is a scorpion. The mechanic of this mob will start when there's an announcement "Cartios seeks to recharge his power". Cartios will put his tail on the ground and start pulsing yellow energy (like sucking) and you have to DPS the tail. You have to stop DPSing when his energy turns to green and it looks like he is giving his green energy to the ground, maintain your range to the tail because the tail can hurt you and its quite painful. After for a while, the energy will turn Yellow again and so does the pulsing (sucking) you can start DPS the tail again. If you manage to do this correctly, an announcement will spawn "Cartios' power charging device has been heavily damaged" (I can't remember the exact word XD). Cartios will get knockdown and his DP dropped making us easier to kill him.

Yellow = DPS                                                                                                        Green = stop DPS

This is what happened when you succeed.

Lahtron

Lahtron is a fish that you cannot kill. It will spawn randomly and giving Yellow AOE that drains your mana.

Mala

Mala is a hermit crab creature like you can find it at Syca's Grave. If you knock it down using your skill, it will give a painful poison and stacked to the poison in Syca's Grave.

Always push Mala away when you try to kill mobs in Syca's Grave by hitting them with non knockdown skills.

Pisces

Pisces is a fish that really disturbs you when it hits you. You can get stiffed or knockdown. Pisces also have <Cold-insulating> effect that can freeze you for sometimes. You can shut off the burning terrain by killing Pisces on the fire area.
The pisces in the last boss doesn't have <Cold-insulating> effect that can freeze you. 

Progression:

1. Syca's Scale:

There are 2 terrains that effect you. Fire and Ice.

- Fire areas will give burn effects and can be turned off for awhile by killing <Cold-insulating> Pisces. The fire doesn't really hurt but it's quite annoying and causing you more HP potion consumption

- Ice areas will freeze you for some times. It is quite annoying sometimes but doesn't deal damage.

You have to farm:  2 Syca's Frigid Scale and 2 Egg of an Arid Epoch (brown-colored Egg) from the mobs in Syca's Scale. Elite Mobs (Lykina and Cartios) have 100% chance of dropping this item.

To get the Yolun Piece of Envy: 

Processing (L) > Simple Alchemy
2x Syca's Frigid Scale

2x Egg of an Arid Epoch

2. Miniboss : Berurah

Berurah is a squid. The big squid in the middle is the one that you have to kill. To spawn it, you have to talk to the Syca's Scale Sol Magia.

The mechanism on Berurah is you have to lure the <Cold-insulating>Pisces to the burning areas (there are 4 burning areas with mini berurahs on it). Once you manage to extinguish the burning areas. Berurah will lose DP and making it easier for us to kill it. 

Do this mechanism twice and when you kill it you will get a drop called Syca's Arid Tentacle

3. Syca's Grave:

Syca's Grave is Malas that roaming around the place. If you accidentaly knockdown the Mala, it's going to be full of Poison that cannot be evaded. You can disable the poison and Mala around the area after you finished the puzzle no.3 (you can try search it)

In this area, you have to kill monsters to get: 2 Syca's Frig Scale and 2 Egg of a Fearful Epoch (pink-colored Egg). Elite Mobs (Lykina and Cartios) have 100% chance of this item.

To get the Yolun Piece of Cruelty: 

Processing (L) > Simple Alchemy
2x Syca's Frigid Scale

2x Egg of a Fearful Epoch

4. Miniboss : Serpen

After you enter Syca's Grave, make sure to go to Serpen's location

You have to interact to Syca's Eye: Serpen tower to spawn Serpen

The mechanism on Serpen:

- DPS him until there's an announcement “Serpen controls the device to create a power core.”

- Destroy only concentrated towers. Leave unstable towers alone. The towers are scattered on the serpen's area.

If you manage to do this correctly, Serpen's DP will dropped making us more easier to kill him

      DESTROY THIS            LEAVE THIS ALONE

- DPS him again until there's an announcement “The abyssal are reacting to the Serpen’s power source.”

- Pick up scattered pearls on ground, when boss charges up for it's breath special attack, use it to revert damage back by holding it and stand in front of the boss.

If you manage to do this correctly, Serpen's DP will dropped making us more easier to kill him

Serpen will drop an item called Syca's Burning Tentacle

 HIT LAHTRON AND MAKE IT MOVE TO THE PUZZLE STARTER TO UNLOCK THE DOOR

If you are lazy or feel PRO, do this :

You cannot proceed to the next place before killing Serpen (because you need the drop) and do the Light beam Puzzle

There are death rays that can kill you instantly by trying to run pass it.

Here some tricks we usualy do:

- Use PA (witchzard skill) then V all the way to the end of the tunnel and talk to this prism on the wall to turn it off (Syca's Thorat Open Device)

- V all the way then you wait till your V recharged for 5 minutes, then use Elion Tears after you revived. Spam V immediately. (I tried this tho, I will add the video if you guys don't believe me)

- I-frame classes also can help with the V thingy.

- You can try to do the Lightbeam puzzle (need 2 people to do it)

5. Getting the Syca's Contorted Tentacle

Combine all the items you get in this order: 1 2 3 4

1. Yolun Piece of Envy (Blue-colored)

2. Yolun Piece of Cruelty (Pink-colored)

3. Syca's Arid Tentacle (from berurah)

4. Syca's Burning Tentacle (from Serpen)

you will get Syca's Contorted Tentacle

6. Miniboss : Aprocos

Apocros will spawn 5 Lahtrons, the lahtron spawn a yellow area that gives protection. 

- You have to put the lahtrons near the tower by hitting them. cover 5 towers with 5 lahtrons. Apocros will get stunned and fell down. DPS it until it flies again.

- A mini Apocros will spawn and dealt very high damage. do the lahtrons mechanism again. after that the mini apocros can be damage. Killing the mini apocros will make the big apocros fell and you can DPS it untill it flies again

- Before you manage to make Apocros to 30% HP. The first mechanic is repeated

- The towers that was protected with Lahtrons now try to "heal" aprocos. you have to kill all the towers. After all towers down, Apocros will fall again and you can DPS him until die.

If you manage to do this correctly, Apocros will drop an item called Yolun Dagger

7. Getting the Corrupt Yolun Dagger

Combine all the items you get in this order: 1 2

1. Syca's Contorted Tentacle

2. Yolun Dagger

You will get Corrupt Yolun Dagger

Facing Maleficent Centilutos:

Tips:

- Every party member has to be in 1 slice of the "pizza" and remember which slice that wasn't attended

- High GS parties can just sustain the level at level 3 (If it's too painful just set to level 2)

- You need 1 person to be in charge with "the remote" for levels. The delay for changing level is 2-3 seconds.

- Pillars that you need to go there to evade the suction AOE is on Slices number 2 and 5. best put the low agility class here (e.g shai)

Other Skills:

1. Inner/Outer Circular Skill:

Move according to boss inner/outer aoe damage skill to avoid getting hit. *Do not use or rely on forward guard

2. AOE skills (Diagonal, Circular and Perpendicular):

Just dodge it/step away from aoe indicator.

3. Suction Skill:

He behind wall pillars on slice 2 and 5 (If your class has low agility, rotate your "dash" skill correctly), to avoid stunned or stiff you can use Super Armor while behind the pillars

4. Floating Prism:

This will render players immobilize. Destroy all of them surrounding the boss to free your party members. If you got caught in unlucky times, you can just V to escape. Use V only for emergency, it has 5 minutes cooldown.

5. Land Prism:

Collet 2/3 light orbs, otherwise, AOE beams will shoot down and deal massive damage 

There is an AOE skill that deals a lot of damage, the sign of this skill is the circling Maleficent Centilutos. You won't be able to avoid it, but you can block the several hits using Foward Guard first, then your Foward Guard will be cancelled. Trying to hold the damage using only Super Armor also not a good idea (can be really painful if you have low DP)

First Phase: Fish

Divide party members to each take a slice of the battle area. Lahtron will spawn on all 6 slices.

Defeat the ones that pulsing yellow lights and if it doesn't, DO NOT KILL IT.

5 will glow, 1 will not.

If your Lahtron doesn't glow, just go for the unattended Lahtron on the unattended slice.

Glowing Lahtrons :

Tips:

- Pressing V at the right time can avoid death when failing to kill the fishes on time.

Second Phase: Squid

Berurahs will spawn and you have to kill the berurah with a YELLOW energy to obtain Berurah power Stone and place it on the line of yellow light bolt close to the prism and boss.

To identify the correct prism, it has a watery/wave effect around it. Use the Power Stone (right click it) near the correct prism and it will start to glow and Maleficent Centilutos will fail to instant kill you.

Tips: 

- Choose 1 person with very good PC specs to figure out the prism (the prism pic will be soon updated)

- The rest of the party kill the glowing berurah, better to get 2 stones than 1. once you get one, try to get another 1.

- Communicate who gets it, or you can all just put in your pet. only 1 or 2 person who are in charge on getting the stones have their pet out

- If you have PA class, can cast PA while someone is putting the stones near the prism. Pisces and Maleficent Centilutos might stun you

Third Phase: Colors

Everyone picks a color to remember (Yellow, White, Red, Blue), the color that blinks on the ground the most is the safe color.

There are symbols on every color also, if you are color blind you can still help by looking at the symbols on the Maleficent Centilutos to count. Then run to the wall that has the most symbols.

Proceed to the corresponding color wall that had the most color lights blinking.

Be sure to hug/stick to the wall until you see your character has the colored bubble.

The walls that gives you the bubble are on slice number 2, 3, 4, and 5 (try to see the pizza picture I gave in the begining)

SLICE 2 : RED, SLICE 3 : YELLOW, SLICE 4 : WHITE, SLICE 5 : BLUE

After you get the bubble, you can run away freely. Do not stay in the wall, you might block one of your friends trying to get the bubble

Fourth Phase: Symbols

Pay attention to the symbols on the 2 pillars on slice number 2 and 5, the symbols spawns on one of the slices area on the ground.

There are Arrow up, Arrow down, Triangle, and "8" (or infinite, I can't recall)

You have to step the yellow energy that spawn the symbols on the ground. The energy deals damage and can be a bit painful so be careful.

Make sure both symbols from the pillars are tended to.

Do this twice, and your party will succeed.

Tips:

- Divide your party to be team of 3 and 2 (member on slice number 2 and 5 must be in a different team)

- The members on slice number 2 and 5 tell others what is the symbol on the pillars on their slice

- The rest of the team must see their own symbol at their own slice first and info the rest of the team. 

- The team of 2 must do the same thing but also check the unattended slice incase the correct symbol is there.

- Communication is really important in this phase.

Fifth Phase: Colors

Same as Third Phase 

Sixth Phase:

A cutscene is a sign that you have entered last phase.

Mechanism:
1. Destroy 2 summoned Cartios till 50%, you don't have to do the normal cartios mechanism.  If you fail to kill them fast, they will heal the boss (around 10% recharged) 
2. Destroy light pillars spawned around map. The light pillars looked like the death laser pilar at Syca's Grave. If you fail to kill them fast, they will heal the boss (around 10% recharged) 
3. These 2 mechanism will repeat

IN ELVIA:
You must reach certain HP at certain time (i never count this). If your DPS too slow, Centilutos will turn red and kill you all.

There is a bug I recently got from spawning this Apocros Boss. Party leader cannot enter the place because he spawned it while others are automatically teleported inside, it also happened to one of my friend who is a party leader. If this happened to you, pass the party leader to your friends who has Tagged character. Because no matter how long it takes, what you do (escaping, relogging) DOESN'T WORK. Only changing to tagged character works so far. So be cautious
