[Completed] Unable to access the game due to ‘steam_api.dll’ message

The issue where the 'steam_api.dll' is intermittently displayed on the screen, and access becomes denied, has been solved.

We have confirmed that there is an issue where a message stating there is an issue with the ‘Steam_api.dll’.
We are currently working on finding out what is the exact cause of this issue.
If these issues are affecting you, please follow the instructions below, which should allow you to access the game normally.
● When using the STEAM launcher
Check File Integrity
- Steam Library – Right-click Black Desert - properties - local file – check file integrity
● Black Desert Launcher
- Navigate to the Black Desert installation path, delete the file ‘BlackDesertPatcher32.pae’ then rerun the launcher.
If, after following these steps, you are unable to access the game, please report the error through the PERS.exe file, then send in a CS inquiry through the Customer Support Center.
