- After receiving your coupon item, please read the item description carefully.  

- Coupon Item must be used before April 12, 2023 (Wed) before maintenance.  

- Quests can be completed once per family, and do not count towards the progress of Rulupee’s Adventure Log.  

- Quests related to the Coupon Item that were not completed before the April 12, 2023 (Wed) maintenance will be deleted during the maintenance.  

- You will not be able to redeem your coupon after the expiration date, and any items stored in your Web Storage or Mail (B) will also be deleted.  

- Coupon can only be redeemed once per family.  

- Incorrectly entering the wrong coupon code 10 times in a row will prevent you from entering coupon codes for 1 hour. 

- Coupons can be redeemed from the in-game Menu (ESC) → Adventurer Support (F11) → [Use Coupon] menu, and redeemed rewards will be sent to your in-game mailbox (B). 
- If you hand over the letter obtained through the Event quest, you will receive the following buff:
* 20% Item Drop Rate
* 100% Combat EXP
* 50% Skill EXP
* 30% Life EXP
- NPC Emma Bartali's location may vary depending on your progress in the main questline and/or story. If you cannot find her, please progress further in the main questline or participate in the event with a different character.
