We've received reports from some adventurers that the Black Desert Launcher hasn't been updating and failing to load the game and are looking into the details.
If you have experienced this issue, please copy and provide your "unique ID" to Support after sharing the log file via "Report Error."

Download the Black Desert Launcher

The launcher will appear if it's installed.
If it doesn't, try to run your downloaded launcher.
