Greetings Adventurers,
First off, we’d like to sincerely apologize once again to all of our adventurers with the unacceptable issues that occurred during the 1st match of the Asia Node War Championship.
As the 1st match came to a close, we thought long and hard about making amends for the huge disappointment we instilled to our adventurers. We admit we lacked proper preparation, and seriously deliberated our options, including one that would mean we’d cancel the rest of the championship schedule.

Considering the Adventurers who practiced until dawn and even taking time off work to participate in the Asia Node War Championship, rather than canceling the event, we thought it would be better to communicate the technical issues identified through the first match and deliver our intentions to improve the preparation process to the participating guild masters and guild members, and to listen and reflect their opinions.
We understand that we placed the guild masters in a difficult position, but all of them were gracious enough to accept our request and confirmed their participation in the 2nd match. Therefore, we will be carrying out the 2nd match of the Asia Node War Championship with changes listed below.

It is only through the understanding and support of our adventurers that we were able to host the 2nd match of the championship, and we will do our best to prepare and ensure this event comes to a satisfying conclusion.
Once again, we extend our gratitude to all the guild masters and members of each of the participating regions, and our apologies to all Black Desert adventurers who held high expectations for this Asia Node War Championship.
We’ve decided to award all participants of the past Oct 22 (Sun) Asia Node War Championship match with the winning prizes and the 2nd match previously scheduled for Oct 29 (Sun) has been changed to be carried out in a world node war format pitting one region’s guilds against other region’s guilds.
Please refer to the details below on the match specifics. Regarding the change in format, we ran these through with all the guild masters of Korea, Taiwan / Hong Kong / Macao, Japan, and Asia regions and obtained their approval beforehand.

Match Rules
- It will be a single-round match where guilds go head-to-head in a regional clash across four nodes.
- Two guilds from the same region will join forces to form a single team.
- Victory Conditions: The region with more remaining forts when the battle ends or the destruction of two forts from the opposing two guilds results in a win.
- If the number of remaining forts is the same when the war ends, it will be a draw, and participation rewards will be given.
※ In the current system, attacks between the same region are possible in the same way as the previous World Conquest War.
※ The winning region will not be selected; only the winning guild will be chosen.
- For optimal stability during matches, we've transitioned to cloud servers and added two more servers. Now, each server hosts just one node war.
- The World Node War brings together players from regions like [Korea, Japan, Taiwan/Hong Kong/Macau, and Asia] on a single server.
- Since adventurers from multiple regions play together, you might experience some lag due to the greater physical distances compared to the official server environment.
- Here's how the servers are structured. Simply pick your world on the server list screen, then join the desired server.
