The drop rate chance is 0.003%-0.005%

Since You can get more rarity such as Accessories.
And those accessories are like 0.01% or 0.02% drop chance.
At best, Infinite potion parts is roughly 0.005% drop chance.

The actual drop rate chance has never been revealed so no one knows for sure.
