When you open a Sealed Book of Combat, you get a Book of Combat which expire in a fixed duration.
The easiest one to get is Book of Combat (1day) which you can get in Black Spirit Adventure mini game.
If you use a Book of Combat (1d) you will get 24hours exp bonus. And when the Book of Combat is about to expire (23+ hour), you can use it again for another 24h exp boost. If you no life the game you can grind 48hours with exp boost with just one Book of Combat (1d).
The boost is a buff which wont be removed when you log out or playing another character. Which mean you can get every characters in your family a 24h exp boost buff. This is useful when you want to power level all your character for more Combat Fame, which increase Daily family fame silver bonus.
