Its not just me its totally whole Malaysia having this problem IIRC,
once u can logged in ursafe till ur decide to change character or switch server .
BDO literally close it self and i need to restart so many time till ican log - in please

Same problem, but it is Unifi or something. I using Yes 4G then it work zzz.

Hello there, it seems there is an ongoing problem with players in Malaysia. Our team is currently investigating the problem particularly players using the ISP 'TM Net'. We are currently gathering information from players that have already contacted us via customer support. We hope to be able to resolve this issue on our end but if possible we recommend that you also contact your ISP to verify if there is an issue. We hope to have the issue resolved soon and get everyone back into the game as soon as possible.
