ERROR/ISSUES CAN'T REACH LVL 50(STUCK AT LVL 49.9)

So im here with lvl 49.999 i've got the quest " [To Level 50!] Go Beyond Your Own Limits " then I guess I haven't got an item called "Clear Memory Piece" then I refreit my quest then I looked into my inventory it turns out that an item called "Clear Memory Piece" is there. I immediately want to use that item but a notification appears "The condition for using this item has not been met" even though I'm in standby potition. Then I try to call the black spirit and try to see it in quests that are in black spirit, but the quest doesn't exist there, it's gone. And now I'm stuck at lvl 49,999. And I still can't use the "Clear Memory Piece" item.Please GM/admin/staff help me about this issues.

If the related quest was forfeited without the "Clear Memory Piece" being used, you simply need to discard the quest item and retake the quest from the Black Spirit.
Should this not resolve your problem, you may send a ticket so the team can investigate this further.

This was deleted by the writer.
