From what i guess, it is just a visual bug, if u try to calculate it manually u will get the the value nearby the selling price
according to the picture, u will get the price for selling the fish by
105955 ( fish price at the trade npc ) x 1.32 ( distance bonus) x 0.95 ( freshness ) = 132867,57 which is lower a bit from 133669 which we get from selling the fish to the npc

I think I got the idea why. With the changes of the new UI, they forgot to re adjsut to SEA fish price. Note that our fish price is lower by 20% from other region from the start of SEA server.
If you look at both picture, the base price is different. Other region price is 20% more than our fish price ( first picture).
