Its not easy to get as well hahahaah... the most scariest one is the 270AP zone.. silvers is a little bit okay... Commending this post.. :)
Jar... could you elaborate more on this one.. Intact Nouver Scales (400) - Drops from Nouver. Can also be obtained from 6 weekly quests that requires you to hunt/kill world bosses.

Requires a lot of grind but i guess worth it for people who want to slowly work for it rather than relying on rng drop from Garmoth. Alternative ways to acquire important items in game is always nice.

There are 5 world bosses that drops Nouver Scale.
If you hard core boss hunts, you can complete Quest #2 in 2-3 weeks.
Assuming you hunt 7 Bosses per day.
I cannot recall which bosses but I think Quint & Muraka is one of them.
