HELLO AND WELCOME TO A SIMPLE GUIDE FOR SUCCESSION DARK KNIGHT PvE.

This guide is focused on High Tier grind spots.

High Tier Grind spots consist of places like :

HYSTRIA RUINS , AAKMAN TEMPLE , STAR'S END , KRATUGA ANCIENT RUINS , etc.

High Tier grind spot means you will no longer be able to kill monsters by casting only 1 skill.

Grinding on higher tier spots is little more than just running around pack to pack casting random skills.

While grinding on high tier spots , you have to consider small things like :

COMBAT BUFFS , SKILL ADD-ONS , MOB PULLS, SKILL-ROTATION , 

COMBAT BUFFS : FOOD BUFF.

SIMPLE CRON MEAL is the best meal for PvE as it gives you a lot of good buffs that are essential for grinding .

DRAUGHT: Frenzy Draught is the best for Dark Knight as it gives you Life steal which helps you in sustaining through the grind without using a lot of HP pots. This also gives you weight limit and monster AP which is essential for grinding in these spots.

ALCHEMY STONE : I use Vell's heart , but any Destruction stone can be fine. I recommend using the Destruction Spirit stone as it is easily available , cheap and provides with enough buffs.

THESE 3 THINGS ARE THE MOST ESSENTIAL THINGS THAT YOU WOULD NEED IF YOU WANT TO GRIND IN HIGH TIER SPOTS.

There are some optional combat buffs like VILLA : Body Enhancement buff or Church buff.

Church buff consist of 3 different types of buffs:
AP + Accuracy

DP + HP

SKill EXP + Combat EXP

Church buffs can be obtained by exchanging 1G Goldbar x5 with following NPCs:

Arsen <Apprentice Priest> - Heidel
Ottavio Ferre <Ellonian Priest> - Velia
Leona <Ellonian Priest> - Calpheon City
Zigmund <Astrologist> - Altinova
Altar (Near the Northern Stable keeper) - Duvencrune
Merindora <Eldest Spirit> - Grana
Nerasabi Alom <Inn keeper> - Valencia City

VILLA : Body Enchancement buff can be acquired from Lohan's Villa which is located near Shakatu or can be acquired through the Tent from the Pearl shop.

This is the location for Lohan's Villa.

SKILL ADD-ONS

Skill add-ons are important as they give you additional buffs to your skills.

These also helps you build a proper skill rotation.

Following are the skill add-ons that I use for my PvE.

MOB PULLS :

Mob Pulls means gathering the monsters to one point in order to deal the most amount of damage to maximum number of monsters during your skill rotation.

There are various methods to do this as each type of monster reacts differently to  your actions.

Some monsters will start attacking you as soon as you move past them , and some monsters will react late.

Most monsters will immediately start hitting you if you hit them first.

Keep in mind some monsters will go to the first point of where you hit them from before coming to your actual location ,

this can be used as an advantage for relocating ourselves for better position.

Dark Knight has several skills with high AoE to tag as many monsters possible to pull them towards you.

I mainly use 2 Skills to pull mobs 

	SLANTED BALANCE	Fast Animation , Long range , Wide area of effect.
	OBSIDIAN ASHES	Long Range , Wide are of effect.

SKILL-ROTATION

Skill Rotation means a sequence of Skills/Spells casted one after the other.
There can be Different Skill rotations for different purposes.

This depends on the which skills give you which buffs , and what kind of Attack modifier
does the skill have, i.e Down attack , air attack etc

Following is my skill rotation from start to end for PvE.

	KAMASYLVIA SLASH	Forward Guard , High Damage , Monster AP (Add-on). Helps in staying protected while the pulled mob runs towards you.
	TWILIGHT DASH	High Damage nuke . Ability to phase through enemies which helps in getting behind the monsters for extra Back Damage.
	PERVASIVE DARKNESS	Ability to cancel Twilight dash animation. High Damage nuke . High Crit Rate.
	SLANTED BALANCE	Fast Animation , Attack speed and Accuracy (AddOn).
	SPIRIT LEGACY	High Damage Nuke , Recovers HP and MP.
	WHEEL OF FORTUNE	High Damage Nuke , Super Armor , Accuracy buff.
	LUNACY OF VEDIR	High Damage Nuke , Recovers HP , Attack speed and DP (AddOn). Animation can be cancelled by Nocturne.
	NOCTURNE	Has Invulnerablity while phased , Super armor on cast point. Can be used to cancel LUNACY OF VEDIR by pressing RMB and appear behind the target by pressing W. At the point where this skill is needed to be casted , the monsters will have turned towards you. This skill can help in getting behind them again for extra back attacks.
	SHADOW STRIKE (RABAM)	High Nuke damage
	AIR STRIKE	High damage , High crit rate
	ENFORCEMENT	High Nuke damage , High Crit rate , High Accuracy Rate.
	RAVAGE RAKE	This skill is seldom needed as most mobs will die after ENFORCEMENT ,  but this can be used to cleanup remaining mobs. High Damage and HP recovery.

This is my Go-To skill  rotation for PvE. You might need to spam PERVASIVE DARKNESS or skills with low cooldown like 

WHEEL OF FORTUNE or ENFORCEMENT if you have Lower AP.

But , that's pretty much it , I hope this helps in your grind !

whats the min SP needed to be comfortable at the grind spots?

1750-1800 would be enough for all the skills mentioned in the guide to be maxed out.

how about new add on recent update ?
