I'm a returned player and trying to catch out game content back. Saw an announcement about seasons :

Didnt use timepiece and graduate yet, was waiting last days of the season end, confused after that announcement. How will it work? Is it active now? 

For example, if I use timepiece and graduate, can create a new season character directly now? (If can, very good change because want to play all classes 62+ and learn them. Already almost finished with current season, waiting next one.)

It says season end is 31th december. Is it for this (current summer season) or next one after 30 th august? Can someone explain clearly?

From what i understand on what is written, you can keep making season characters and graduating them until december 31 where they will force graduate you.

but since they did not put some much detail, it really is up to everyones speculations and interpretation on what little info they have provided. It is best to wait for the official announcement to better grasp on what they really mean and what they really plan to do. 

so my guess may be wrong, maybe partly right who knows until then, i think we still treat our season characters as before and wait for further instructions.

edit 8/23 I guess we are limited to how many coupons they can give us each time for us to create new season characters. Possibly, they might even sell some coupons in the pearl shop if they find it to be profitable.
