So i'm trying to update the new launcher, an error pops out and state that "WinLicense. An Error has occured while loading imports. Wrong DLL present." and launcher only spin so i can't start the patch. Is there any other way to solve this?

Having this same problem myself with this SEA x TH launcher.

I tried BDO JP launcher and I can play it normally in Win 7.

Yeah the crossplay launcher looks pretty cheap as well. I was fine with the old launcher on Windows 7. I freaking hate Windows 10. Do I actually have to upgrade to Windows 10 to play the game? PA please tell us the fix!!!!!!

Hello any solution to this problem yet? still having the problem even after maintenance done.

I have contacted PA supports. They suggested solutions that I have already tried. Suggested them to fix something from their ends since the last launcher was fine on Windows 7. They said to wait for their updates. I have looked into it, other games have encounterd this problem as well. The only solution on the users' end is upgrading to Windows 10. The amount of players using Windows 7 is too low for them to consider doing something about it. Hope PA would not sacrifice us to save some time looking into their own solution.

Edited to add that the more of us contacting PA customer support, the more incentives for them to fix this I guess.
