Attack speed+Movement speed increase
Suggestion: Archer needs an Attack speed and movement speed +20% on skill effect that can be maintained all the time.
Reason:
Archer is one of the few classes with no attack speed increase on as skill effect. I don't understand why you keep Archer so slow. The class feels so sluggish compared to other classes, especially these days. I get it that when Archer was released other classes were not as fast or could not move fully protected. These days that is not the case, all the classes are fully protected while moving and they move way too fast. This issue affects Archer the most In small scale PVP. When Archer is slowed by other classes it feels too slow and unfair , and this lack of speed is also one of the reasons why Archer is doing so poorly in Arena of solare. Archer needs to keep distance to do damage and cannot do any damage while moving. As long as you don't make this change no matter what other change you make on the class won't be much difference for the class in the small-scale PvP scene. Along with the speed change it also requires adequate changes in skill cool downs.
I'd like to suggest the implementation of a new skill effect called "Swift Precision." This skill would provide a consistent 20% increase in both Attack Speed and Movement Speed, allowing Archers to maintain better maneuverability and responsiveness in battles. I believe that this adjustment is crucial to leveling the playing field, especially in scenarios where other classes have become more agile and well-protected during movement.
