Get Karanda Heart in the market to unlock extra slot for your crystal after you finish your season.
Start upgrading your macalod into Han macalod, and grab decimation from the market/LOML
Finally BiS build PvE crystal for any end game spot. Unless if you need resist/accuracy, change Valor into resist crystal or viper/elkar
