Inventory bugged and items stuck

After graduating my season character my accessories got bugged in my locked inv spot. I did everything such as auto-arranging which didn't help. I also tried to unlock extra storage which didn't work. I coudln't interact with the items but I can hover over them.

Drag the items from the locked portion to any free invetory space, the only one that cannot be dragged is the one with the + sign over the slot you either have to use a inventory coupon or a value pack to free that up
