- Items listed without a quantity are all 1 quantity.
- Participation Rewards will be sent through in-game mail (B) within two weeks of the end of the event.
- The winners of the special prize draw will be announced within 2 weeks of the event. However, the date of the announcement may change due to mitigating circumstances.
- Participation in the event will only happen one time, even if you obtain multiple [Event] Black Desert GM’s Medal.
- Please note that you cannot select options such as color, etc. for merchandise given for the event.
- Event prizes may be changed to other products of equivalent value without prior notice depending on mitigating circumstances. - If an event prize exceeds 50,000 KRW, Pearl Abyss will bear the cost of public taxes. In such a case, you will need to submit the documents required for the payment of public taxes. If you fail to submit the required documents, Pearl Abyss may not be able to ship the event prizes. Instructions on how to submit the required documents will be provided individually.
- Those who win the prize must submit the “Personal Information Collection and Use Agreement” within the deadline given through the email, and if the document is not submitted, the prize will be canceled.
- In order to send the prizes, the winner’s shipping information will be collected, and the consent to the use of the personal information of the winners will be required when collecting it.
- The number of winners may change based on the number of entrants into the event.
- If your account is restricted for violating the Terms of Service agreement before you receive the event prizes, you may be disqualified as a winner and have any prizes withdrawn even after being selected as a winner.
- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on mitigating circumstances. If changes are made, they can be found on this event page.
- Event items may have restrictions (sale/trade) and/or different binding settings/expiration dates. Due to this reason, these items cannot be transferred or restored.
- For details such as whether the item is bound, please refer to the in-game item description.
- Items and/or rewards that were used normally cannot be recovered.
- Participating in the event using inappropriate methods may result in a cancellation/retrieval of your reward(s) and/or restriction from the game.
