I have tried to update but receive error code: 15 - Failed target: Black Desert. I deleted the whole game and done a fresh installation but still received the same error code 15. Game patch has failed due to a temporary issue.

they wants you to ditch the game, so ditch it

I think its because the launcher failed to find the path, or doesnt have permission to write into the folder you choose to download the game
oh, and i was use something like this
takeown /F "C:\Program Files\Crossplay SEA - TH\Black Desert" /R /D Y
icacls "C:\Program Files\Crossplay SEA - TH\Black Desert" /grant Everyone:F /T
