Good day,

Why is global labs auto installing on my pc even though I never clicked on it. Also, i tried uninstalling bdo again then same thing happened, it always auto installs. 

I can't even login to the game, the start game button is unpressable, it will only work if I go back to the global labs tab again (TO CANCEL THE DOWNLOAD) then switch to asia/th. every time i log in it happens. 

i think only Steam user got this problem, my launcher also download global lab and can't start the game before cancel download

if anyone knows how to fix this pls help, it takes quite the space to install global lab version especially when u dont want to

I have this issue as well and it's driving me crazy. I already sent a ticket to support but it has been days and I have yet to receive a reply from them

I am also getting the same thing. It's so annoying. 

same, not steam user but still having this problem where I cannot start game button and had to change to global lab and go back to be able to click that start game button. sometimes even opening the launcher its auto install the global lab even though didn't authorize to install.


Edit: go to global lab launcher > press the setting > delete game.

If you got error code: try to let it download abit so it will appear the file at C:\Pearl Abyss\Black Desert_Global Lab at then go to setting in global lab version then delete the game. Now u can start game normally, this works for me.

ah i think just uncheck this i dont need to cancel download glabs again on launcher
