Woosa Black Spirit Rage cant up to 200 %

I'm come back play bdo and then i choose woosa.. until leveling to lv 58 i notice my woosa black spirit rage cant up to 200 %, only stuck at 100 %. I cant use skill : Black Spirit Sahee's Descent II, i try anything like reset skill but still the same.

Of course, by default, all classes will be able to gain BSR up to 100%,
but to increase the total BSR you can increase it by using the Tungrad acc set or if you are already using the Kharazad acc you can use the JIN Dawn Crystal - Black Spirit's Rage, Bon Dawn Crystal - Black Spirit's Rage, or Won Dawn Crystal - Black Spirit's Rage
There are still other ways to get a total of 200%, such as asking your friends in the same party, or guildmates to transfer BSR, or grinding at Honglim base where there is a mini event when black guminho spawns you can get 200% BSR.

Yes, Tungrad Belt tungrad belt will add 20% Max BSR,
+Tungrad nec 20% (add 40%),
+2x Tungrad Ring 10%,
+3 set tungrad effect 30% (add 90%),
+1x Tungrad Earing 10% (add 100%),
+Tungrad nec 20% (add 40%),
+2x Tungrad Ring 10%,
+3 set tungrad effect 30% (add 90%),
+1x Tungrad Earing 10% (add 100%),
so in total you need 5 tungrads accs by prioritizing necklace and belt
