I'm still making my character, just done with hair then when I mess up with eyes, I got disconnected, server error or just my connection?

Because I dont have any issues when I play another game and mess around with character creation.

Black Desert will begin in a moment.

Install the Black Desert Launcher if the game doesn't start.

Install the Black Desert Launcher to start the game.
Download the Black Desert Launcher

The launcher will appear if it's installed.
If it doesn't, try to run your downloaded launcher.
