Repeatable Quests are probably the best way to get more contribution points and leveling up your character at the same time. You check quests with gold exp as reward. These quest gives you a fixed amount of exp. Im currently lvl 61 with 347 contribution points by doing these quest. This is my quest route. You can probably finish these quest in about 5hours if you're still new to the quests and about 4hours if you already know what the quests requires.

Doing these daily quest gives about 0.1% per quest for levels below level 59 not sure how much could be greater the lower the level. 0.06% per quest for level 59, 0.02% per quest for lvl 60 and .002% per quest for level 61.
