Your first pet exchange with Tier 1's at level 10 and the same species will guarantee you to end up with a Tier 3 pet.

 

(I've done it myself and 4 of my friends and we all go Tier 3's)

Black Desert will begin in a moment.

Install the Black Desert Launcher if the game doesn't start.

Install the Black Desert Launcher to start the game.
Download the Black Desert Launcher

The launcher will appear if it's installed.
If it doesn't, try to run your downloaded launcher.
