[General Gameplay] RTX 2060

Just want to ask to those who using rtx 2060,does u guys having stuttered when playing in 1080p remastered mode(fullscreen) + medium texture.Sometime during battle fps will drop to below 40-50fps.Is this normal for 2060?

Seems the game is not yet optimize for the new generation of RTX.
