Shai, support in world Bosses?

I am just wondering, what if it is possible for a Shai to cast a positive support buff on all the players(excluding RED PLAYERS) that are currently fighting a WORLD BOSS?
What I mean is that, SHAI's class is a support type. Why not use it to help other players(even not on same party, guild or etc.) to achieve the same goal? I also have a Shai as a character.
