Hello !!!

Hito here trying to give you some tips that probably can fix your trouble.
Last time i bought a Black Desert Sea on Steam, and... yep.. the game won't appear after we click "start game" from the launcher.

Non Steam version was fine, but Steam version can't launch, and here I found the way how to fix it !!

I'm using Windows 7, with GTX 980m, i7-4860HQ processor, and 1 TBs of hard disk. < here i put bdo's file.

Note : all of this tips i've collected from Go*gle, R*ddit, and Fac*book Group.. You can try one by one.

* make sure you've done with game requirements like a Hardware Drivers, VCRedist 2015, and DirectX.

1st way : Setting up your UAC

1.  Open your Control Panel

2.  Pick System and Security

System and Security

3.  And click Change User Account Control Settings

UAC Setting

4.  Change it into the 2nd option and click OK

2nd option and ok

5.  If your pc asking for restart, and then you should restart and try to open Black Desert.

2nd way : We need to edit the registry from windows reg. (I'm not sure PA allowed this method or not, but I'll make it sure to asking this by sending ticket, I'll update ASAP).

####################################################################################################

3rd way  : Changing your Game Directory ( in this case, i have 2 Black Desert)

this way is good, no need to changing your black desert registry. so, it will be safe.

Another tips to fix your trouble is, you should move your Game Dir into another drive.

Example : I only have 2 Drives, C:\ for my system, and D:\ for my games file.

My Non Steam BDO is on D:\BlackDesertSEA\

and My Steam BDO is on D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\BlackDesert

and, here's the trouble, You can't put 2 BDO's gamefile into the same Drive.

My first BDO Files is a Non Steam Version, so, we need to move the 2nd bdo, and that was a Steam BDO version.

Dont move the 1st version because the registry was registered for 1st BDO.

1. Uninstall your Steam BDO

Uninstall

2.  Install Steam BDO into another Drive (Important: make sure you're not install it at the same directory with your 1st BDO's File )

My Non Steam BDO is on D:\ and we should install Steam BDO at C:\ or E:\

installing3.  Just create a new Steam Library if you dont have it at your drive. and download the game. so... wait it till you done with downloading the game..

4.  and.. It Works.. now i can play both, Steam Version and non Steam Version.

####################################################################################################

I will update if I found another tips to fix this trouble.
