[Newbie Guide 103] Crafted Costume –In-depth Guide

One of the reasons that could attract a newbie is the costume. I remember a good friend of mine, because I power level those newbies that I’m attached with, what he sees perfectly in his character is to put on some costume. Maybe you could ask what is the purpose of those crafted costume? Or what is more important a crafted costume or a pearl costume? Or you might ask this way, what are the differences between the two? Hence, how do we get the crafted ones? It is thru Costume Mill. But before that we will study first the basics.
What you need to prepare

Costume Mill Workshop Locations
These are the following Locations that has a Costume Mill together with their level and how much contribution points needed to obtain it:

The Level 1 Mills from Grana – Altinova which also includes neighboring cities had these following costume, Silver Embroidered Clothes (Fisher’s, Cook’s, Trader’s, Gatherer’s, Trainer’s, Sailor’s, Craftsman’s, and Farmer’s. The Equipment Tailoring Coupon cannot be used in these clothes.), Serendian Soldier Armor (Male) & Serendian Smith Garb (Both), Termian Casual Wear (Female), Florin Clothes - Shai (Herb Gatherer, Cook), Kanna’s Naga Disguise -Shai.
In Calpheon Level 2 Mills we could craft these following costume, Calpheon Noble Dress & Suit, Garnier Troupe Garb (Both), and Delphe Knight Armor (Both).
In Heidel, there are blueprints for some materials that are needed to create the Heidelian Costumes which includes these following: Patteren-Engraved Golden Armor, Finest Casual Clothes for Women, and Serendia Special Fabric which can be found in Level 1 Mills. In Level 2 Mills we could craft Jordine’s Casual Wear (Male), Orwen’s Travel Wear (Female), Edan’s Travel Wear (Male), Jarette’s Armor (Female), and Serendian Formal Suit (Male). We could also Craft the Splash Swimming Goggle’s.
In Altinova, we could craft these following costumes, Valencian Travel Wear (Male), Shroud Knights Armor (Both), Black Leopard Armor (Female), and Ahon Kirus Armor (Female).
Only Shai class doesn't have a level 2 costumes and some level 1 costumes. There are only 3 costumes available for shai.
Permit and Design NPC's
In some item descriptions, this NPC has been called Caroline. But actually, her name is Carolin. She resides in the second story of the keep of Lord Crocio Domongatt, outside of the keep you could find players training in the dummy. Carolin does not offer those items through selling or exchanging so what you need to do is to STEAL those items. If you know how to snatch a phone inside of a pocket that is what you need to do. You stand beside her until you could see a Steal option in the interaction list.
But be careful because once you failed to steal the item your amity/relationship with the NPC drops off significantly. Not only that she will call a guard and then the guard will capture you. Yaz is a shai. You could find her in two regions namely, Calpheon and Serendia but the safest way to STEAL is in the Valley Lily Inn where she was sleeping at the pew. - Design: Orwen’s Travel Wear - Design: Edan’s Travel Wear |
Enrico Mancini could only be found in Heidel. He guards the entrance to the keep where Lord Domongatt resides. You need 500 amity to buy the design which also cost you a 35,000 silvers for Level 1 Mill costume and 90, 000 silvers for Level 2 Mill costume. - Design: Serendian Soldier Armor - Design: Jordine’s Casual Wear - Design: Serendian Formal Suit |
 Ornella could only be found in Heidel. She set up her store in the park together with Flaviano. You need 500 Amity in order to buy her design stuff. The design’s cost about 35,000 silvers for a Level 1 Mill Costume and 90,000 silvers for Level 2 Mill costume. She put up the design at the end of her market slots.

Mevo Muranan resides in altinova. He put his shop in the intersection road of altinova. You need 500 Amity and a handful of silvers to buy the design. - Design: Black Leopard Armor - Design: Valencian Travel Wear |
Munta Ahto lives in a farm near Tariff. He was the Node manager who sells designs. You cannot buy his designs unless you finished the quest titled “Forsaking the Name ‘Shroud’” in Mediah. His design cost only at 35,000 silvers per piece. - Design: Shroud Knight Armor |
Ahon Kirus can only be found in Tariff. Ahon stands in a fenced tree that grows in the heart of the town. In order to get the design of her armor, you need to STEAL it. So be careful again or else the guard will butterfly you. - Design: Ahon Kirus’s Armor |
Zelfinith resides only in florin. You need 400 Amities in order to buy the design. You could get a free design after you finish the quest "Truth about the Herb." Just prepare Everlasting Herb before you start the quest series. - Design: Florin Herb Gatherer Clothes - Shai |
Izella resides inside the Oak Inn in Florin since this NPC is the Inn Keeper. You need 400 Amity in order to buy the design. To have a free design just finished the "You, Me, and the Oak Inn." - Design: Florin Cook Clothes - Shai |

Kanna resides only in Glish. She wore the Naga outfit and her shop has a Naga Totem. After you finished the quest Naga Enthusiats, kanna will reward you with a free design. You need to prepare the following to passed the quest. And these are: Naga webfoot, Naga Commander's neck ornament, confiscated naga weapon. You could also get the design by doing an amity game in which it requires 400 amities. - Design: Kanna's Naga Disguise - Shai |

Granbill stands in the middle of the castle. And you also get some quest from him during your adventure. Yet you could only find him in Delphe Castle. Take note: you cannot get the design by amity nor by buying but by exchanging stuff (Certificate of Contribution X 1) with Granbill. You need to get a Daily Quest titled Supplying the Delphe Knights through Jeron so that you could get the Certificate. Crafting Procedures
1.Get all required materials. 1 type per Costume Mill Workshop. Thus, you cannot craft two kinds of costume in a single batch. If you want to be a costume crafter then buy all those costume mill workshop in that city. (Refer to the list of materials.) As an example I will be crafting orwens for my guardian.
2. Put it in the warehouse. If you plan to craft a costume in Heidel then put all the required materials in the Heidel’s Warehouse and make it sure you have a free slot.
3. Rent a Costume Mill Workshop. Then upgrade it to the maximum level (max. 2). (Kindly refer to the costume Mill workshop list)
4. Click the manage crafting (refer to IMG3B) to find your desired costume.
5. In the manage crafting menu, select your desired costume in the worklist tab, the one that you want to craft. At the bottom part of that tab, you could see the detailed work information in which you could preview your costume to see its buff and below it, is its crafting materials that you need. Just hover your mouse cursor in the costume icon to enable the stats window/item description. You can't craft the costume if you see some red markings/stop sign to it.
6. On the right side of the menu, you could see a list of workers. Get the desired worker to work in your Mill. Use Goblins, especially the artisans, to minimize the time spent by your workers in crafting the costume. (Refer to any worker guides available – I will post mine in a week). At the bottom tab, you could see a change button, that button is intended on how many times you want to craft the costume. If you want to craft by bulk then that function is good for you. But you need to put the exact amount of materials to craft by bulk. You could also see the time spent in crafting your costume as well as the workers speed.
5. Start the crafting and wait for 35 minutes if you only have max level Skilled Goblin.

Great guide! Though I suggest you put some screenshot showcasing the Crafted Outfits. If you have more free time and resources, I suggest showcasing the outfits using all classes. Some classes have these specific details when they wore those outfits.
