I will show you how to start cooking from Beginner 1 to Master 1 only 4 hours.

Things you need to prepare :
1. Cooking Utensil : You can craft Advanced Cooking Utensil from house Heidel 5-3)

2. Mastery Accessories : Loggia / Geranoa / Manos. (TRI Loggia/DUO Geranoa/PRI Manos are recommended)

3. Silver Embroidered Cook's Clothes +3
4. Life Spirit Stone (to cut your cooking time)

5. Fruits : You can buy it from NPC Milano Belucci at Calpheon

6. Flour : Open (L) and process some grain into flour. (You can use wheat, potato, corn, barley, and sweet potato.
7. Leavening Agent, Salt, Mineral Water from Cook NPC

8. Milk : You can gather milk at cow farm (Falres Dirt Farm at Calpheon territory, Wale Farm at Balenos territory, etc) and haystack farming.

9. Cooking Honey (Node: Alejandro Farm)

10. Flower : You can buy it from Central Market or do sunflower farming.

11. Canape Outfit T_T

Seafood Cron Meal +10%
Perfume Of Swiftness +20%
Verdure Draught +20%
Silver Embroidered Cook's Clothes+3 +20%

Extra Life EXP Scroll +50%
Value Pack +30%

Let's get started:

1. Cook Essence Of Liquor until you reach Artisan 1 (approx. 1 hour of cooking)

2. Exchange all witch delicacy to Milks

3. Gather milk at cow farm

10 energy / gather

Dairy Farms

Olvia: Wale

Calpheon: Falres, Bain

Duvencrune: Farmland

4. Sunflower Farming

5. Cook Tea with Fine Scent

6. Cook Sute Tea until Master Cooking

7. Once you reach Master Cooking, Open (L) Processing and choose Imperial Cuisine to turn your Sute Tea into Master Cooking Box

FAQ :
Q: Why do you cook Essence Of Liquor instead of Vinegar?
A: You can cook both. But I like to cook Essence Of Liquor for Valencia Meal (Date Palm Wine)

Q: Why don't you cook Milk Tea? It's easier and Less milk.
A: I don't like to do processing thing. LOL. But you can do both! Same EXP, same master cooking box for Imperial.

Q: Do you need only 1 of the cooking utensil or more?

A: Of course you'll need more. 

Q: Only 4 hours? You gotta be kidding me!
A: For some people, it take less or more hours. It depend on your mastery, clothes (silver embroidered +3 or more and canape outfit), pets, and cooking time (1second cooking time with canape, silver embroidered +3, seafood cron meal, and life spirit stone)

Just to clarify, you didn't do this during the Life EXP week that ended last June 3? Because those 3 weeks really buffed Lifeskills.

Well yes I did this during Life EXP boost. But yes, you still can get Master Cooking in 4 hours if your cooking time is 1 second, fully geared with TRI Manos, you have Value Pack and Secret Book Of Old Moon.
