> Step 1 , take this seed from Fughar

then go to Finto Farm meet Martina Finto and rent some fence

> Step 2 Install your fence everywhere at combat zone and plant the seed

Wait about 5 min harvest the paper and hand over to fughar... done ~~

Iirc, it's after the season ends with the requirement of doing all the 40 day quests
