Fix Game Servers and Fix That World Boss Lag

why SEA Region Don't have enough servers? i saw in NA region player stream they got 15+ servers why we don't have few more?every time we are getting lag and sometimes get 400ping where other games ping is fine . every other world boss is laggy specially garmoth is it bug from your server or it's game feature ?.
